The room you enter has the elliptical, stairmasters, and climbing machines. When you go to the right of the check in desk you see the weight rooms, one with the weight machines and the second room with the free weights. It looks and gets crowded during physical training (PT) hours, but when you go early mornings when they open or weekends, there's plenty of space do what you please. The bathrooms/locker rooms are fair in size, much bigger than the other gyms in the KMC. I also love how this location happens to be the closest in distance to my home and going there really has barely an traffic, it's great.

There's a parking deck below for gym parking, a cardio room, aerobics room, two free weight sections, spin room, cables, & machines. The downside was on some of the cable machines the peg to add weight was missing so you have to wait until someone gets done on other machines if you want to use it. The locker rooms & bathrooms are really nice and clean. The staff were very welcoming as well. I would say if you're looking for a gym in the area, give Fitness First a try!

Then the second building is located adjacent from the first building which has a decent amount of cardio machines and a weight room. There is limited equipment and the bathroom in this area is very tiny with only two showers and small bench to change. The only reason why I use this gym is because it's located by my work place. In all honesty between this gym, the one on Pulaski and ROB, ROB is my all time favorite.
