Once you change in the immaculate changing rooms, you can grab one of the several flavors of tasty sports drink in bottles provided by the gym. There is a variety of classes taught by knowledgable teachers or you can work out on the floor on one of the many machines or in the free weight section.
This place has some nice touches that you just don't see every day or in every place. If you've attended the last class of the day, you might be offered some Prosecco. On December 26, 2011, they threw a party for their members (with a free drink included) at a local hotel. I can't believe more gym owners don't expand on the social aspects of their clubs...when you get to know people, it makes you just that much more loyal.
