I visited WOF for one whole year and 3 months before my subscription expired I knew that I'll be…read moremoving out of Aachen and I went there to cancel my membership. The "nice" lady at the desk claimed after being asked several times that she can't cancel my subscription there and that I have to go to the other office of WOF downtown to cancel it there, so I trusted her and I did. 3 months later I noticed that they are still withdrawing money from my bank account and when I went to ask them what's that about and showed her the copy of my cancellation letter, she claimed that this does not count because the WOF downtown is another firm and that she never told me to go there (as if I'd forget asking her 3 times specifically). So they scammed me and continued my contract for another whole year. I must admit it's my fault to trust people and not demand everything in writing to have proof in court, but nevertheless the customer service in WOF is absolutely horrible. Firms that scam their customers in order to get their money should be prosecuted and at least sanctioned in my opinion.

Statt…read moreHilfe gab es wochenlang nur Hinhaltetaktiken: immer neue Ausreden, Antworten erst nach 1-2 Wochen, insgesamt fünfmal hin und her. Nachdem ich schließlich eine klare ärztliche Bescheinigung eingereicht hatte, wurde ich einfach über zwei Wochen komplett ignoriert. Selection Fitness Aachen interessiert sich nur fürs Geld, nicht für die Mitglieder. Wer jemals aus gesundheitlichen Gründen pausieren muss, ist hier völlig verloren. Meiden - absolut nicht empfehlenswert!
