After the fact, we learned he is "Top Gun Construction" as well as "TG Building Materials". We do not live near here so we trusted him to do the job. He has, I am ashamed to say, milked $40,000 from us with maybe $15- 20,000 or less of work done and left us with a mess of job to do. The new contractors are wonderful but will need to redo the work he has done. Just as an example, he covered up the light switches with dry wall so you can't find them. He did not fix the acoustical tile ceiling before the walls so the ceiling is full of holes from him pulling out all the lights. New contractors need to redo all plumbing cutting into the sub floor he put in, drywall the ceiling and deal with a one inch gap in between the walls and the ceiling. Redo all the electric and certify it and much more. He has ghosted us since before Christmas so I am now here in West Kelowna taking care of this for my blind sister. If anyone has any information on this man please let me know. There are so many nice, reputable companies here and I am asking them for help finding Bob Gardner. Please do not work with him. 0 rating of course.
