I started with Dr. James Farrell a few months ago. I wanted to try deep muscle release which he…read morespecializes in. On my first visit he proclaimed my back as " tight as a drum." I hated to leave my last chiropractor, Dr. Robin Cole, who is fantastic and highly reccommended, but I wanted to try a new method of treatment. Dr. Farrell can really get your muscles to release using a deep accu- pressure ( my definition ) method using his hands, fist and thumbs. He then stretched out my entire lower back, hips, and chest. I started a stretching program with excercises he taught me. My back is slowly relaxing, muscles are releasing, I am standing straighter and taller with less pain and spasm. Dr. Farrell is also advising me with proper nutrition and weight loss and supplements. He shares his office with Dr. Maise Hahn. I have not been treated by her, but she has a very good reputation. Try one. Try both. Then YELP.
