Julie & Krizamae run the office and are hard to communicate with; interactions can feel personal instead of professional. There are inconsistencies in how things are handled, including lease extensions, tenant concerns, and overall property management. They often lack efficiency in their property management responsibilities. Decisions and responses often felt discretionary rather than standardized, and at times suggested favoritism. I had a serious issue with a downstairs neighbor that escalated into destructive and unsafe behavior. My personal information was shared with the neighbor without my consent because the property management didn't "feel it was their responsibility to manage such issues" - so they breached privacy of tenants by creating an email thread without authorization. Ultimately this situation resulted in an arrest. During that time, I felt there was a lack of timely support and appropriate action from management, and the situation did not feel fully addressed even after escalation. I truly believe there are other, better, more experienced, more affordable options out there; if you're patient, you could find a healthier place to rent and a far better company to work with!

This realtor has been doing everything in her power to prevent me from getting my offers accepted by the sellers she is representing. As a minority, I feel discriminated in the way she has treated me. For these two reasons, I will be reporting her to the board of realtors. This ordeal started when I politely asked her that I did not want her representing me in a home I was interested in buying because she was also representing the seller and I wanted to avoid a conflict of interest. I placed a very generous offer, well over the asking price and no inspection or appraisal contingencies. She played delay tactics with my offer by issuing a silly counter-offer, making time to get a buyer that she would represent so that she could get the entire commission. I then became interested in another Cabin where coincidentally she was also representing the seller. Knowing that the only way I could get that cabin was to work with her, I swallowed my pride and asked her to represent me. When she showed me the cabin she was a complete jerk. You could tell miles away all she cared about was the commission. She had zero interest in representing me. She told me straight without any shame how much I would have to bid to be the best offer, Putting her interests above those of the seller as I am sure she did not share that information with the other buyers. Even then, she manage to blow the offer and the seller somehow selected another offer. Less than a week after, this second cabin was placed on the market again because there selected buyer backed out before opening escrow. I called Heidi again asking her to represent me. At first she was receptive. When I started asking more questions with regards to the property and offer deadlines, she asked me straight in my face to find another agent. She was interested in the commission as long as it did not involve any work other than writing an offer. I found another agent to represent me again on this second cabin. My agent called her very late at night. Heidi said they had other offers and would be making a decision the next day. We sent an offer first thing in the morning. Hours later Heidi sent out a text message that she had been in meetings all morning and that she was not able to deliver our offer to the seller on time. She essentially hid our offer until after the seller had made a decision. I know at at least three agents that have told me horrible things about this person. I also know of a very sweet lady that had to fire her for being a "horrible" person.
