I placed an order on the app at 3:30am. I arrived at the restaurant around 4am. They told me they could not make me my food even though I already paid for it. The girl told me they can't see the order on their side until the customer arrived at the restaurant. I know that is a lie because one time I ordered from the app, I was told to pull around by name to the window. I didn't give the speaker lady my name! So where did she get it from? Yes, my app order she could see from her side. Also, my lovely greeter this morning harassed me by repeatedly yelling at me to be at the speaker sooner after ordering from the app. Yes, I took approximately thirty minutes to get there, but I had th use the rest room and get dressed and I am in a disabilitating condition as of right now and have a hard time getting around. Every move I make is a struggle, and I have to be harassed when all I was trying to do was get my order. I'm absolutely appalled at this. Then as I was pulling around to hopefully talk to a manager, a young girl with glasses and dark hair yelled at me to go away!!! Corporate will hear about this. Two stops at this McDonald's because I'm lazy and rushed and didn't really have time for a sit down breakfast. I used the drive through both times. The crewperson who took my order at the speaker was easy to understand and asked the correct questions (How did I want my coffee and did I want hot or mild sauce with the burrito). My order was displayed accurately. The crewperson who took my credit card was efficient and accurate, handing me my receipt. The crewperson who fulfilled my order got it right, handing me the coffee and my bag of breakfast items. The order was completely correct and there were napkins in the bag. Four stars only because the parking lot wasn't perfectly clean. There was a small bit of litter and they could use a serious repaving. Yay! I'm a fan! read more

This place at 150 East Hampton Street in Wilkes Barre PA 18701 loves to cancel peoples orders. Would not recommend this McDonalds to anyone. They had cancelled my order twice within one month. And they gave two different excuses. The first one was they to the delivery driver that they switch to the lunch menu. The second one was that one or more items that I order was out. I order my food at 10:30am still breakfast lunch doesn't start until 11am. My food was supposed to be delivered around 11:07am - 11:17am ( still breakfast). So because the employees at McDonalds decided to cancel my order but I never go my refund and was done on 04/14/2023. I have sent an email to the corporate office and if they want proof I have my email and my bank statement as proof. Never again will I go to McDonalds. Most of them are good but it does take one place to ruin it for the rest of them. read more

Used the mobile ordering for the first time and purchased 2 of the limited adult happy meals. It was pouring out so I parked in the designated spot for mobile ordering and did what I had to do so they knew I was there. I waited I would say 5 minutes and I said I would give it 3 more minutes and then I would go in juat to make sure everything was processed right. So while I just got out of the car again it was pouring I had seen a worker coming out and holding what was my order. I said hi my name and I started apologizing to her because I made her come out in the pouring rain and she said my name in Cynthia and it's my pleasure to hand you your meal regardless of the weather. To be very honest I was shocked at the response I got. This company is very lucky to have her. When I got back to work and opened up my box and my coworker the same thing we were missing the only reason we got them the old school toys. This was one of the worst experience ever. I ordered a quarter pounder WELL DONE and they gave it to me almost raw TWICE after giving it back to them and they even forgot to put pickles. They told me to wait for them to remake it and after waiting so long I asked them what is going on with My order and she said that they forgot about it. After 30 minutes When they finally got my order right the bread was hard and the other food for my family was already cold & soggy. Definitely do not recommend this McDonald's EVER. read more

let me just start by saying that the wait for the drive thru was hella long. but i understand that they are short staffed and all, so that didn't bother me that much. when we ordered the employee sounded confused and annoyed right away. when we pulled up to pay and get our food the employee didn't give us our receipt and messed up our order. the double quarter pounders that we ordered were just quarter pounders. the fries had little to no salt on them and were just gross. the mcchicken did not taste good at all. so if you are wanting to stop at a mcdonald's just look for a different one because there is a 8/10 chance that it will not be appetizing. read more
