Our meal was so devoid of salt that I became nervous I had gotten sick & lost my sense of taste! Luckily not the case, but my American tastebuds are so used to over-salted fast food that they didn't know how to process, dare I call it, "healthier" fast food. Salting it ourselves didn't help, but the condiment packets of ketchup, pommes frites sauce, & Creamy Deluxe sauce were flavor boosters. One of our companions who ordered a Big Mac shortly after us said there were no issues & tasted fine, so perhaps it was just my order? Especially considering that you'll often have travelers from other countries that have no clue how the system works. Or they may have come off an overnight flight. Yes - croissants, bakery items, and coffee must be picked up from the McCafe section and make sure the kiosk prints out a receipt for you (they don't always do that either). Customer service 101.

This was my first time seeing them use a reusable container for the fries. Actually, it was strange for me to see them use anything reusable. I would assume that they're doing so to lessen the amount of garbage generated. As for the food, the quality was on par with what I've come to expect from any McDonald's all around the world.
