Horrible, horrible! Inside is so dirty! Trash laying around , tables and floors not cleaned. They have a ton of flies all over inside, can't eat inside !! Every time I go they take forever to get the food out and fries are always cold! You have to double check the order because it's always wrong and they forget to give you some of your items. If I could give them zero stars I would, we used the mobile app to order. I told them 3 times I was in the lobby and waiting. After 36 minutes our food had not been started and they could care less. This particular location is with a gas station/convenience store. This is my second and last time to ever stop by this location. I was here a month ago and the bathroom was absolutely worse than it was today, with today the toilets not flushing and no water pressure in the sink to wash hands and no paper towels to dry hands. This bathroom services the McDonald's and the convenience store. Do not stop at this location. If the employees have to use that bathroom, Well I just wanna know how well their hands are getting washed. THIS WAS THE WORST service, the Food I ordered a double cheeseburger, cheese burger, large fries and chocolate chip cookies which didn't come in a cookie bag it came in a chicken nugget box and i didn't get a double cheeseburger i got a hamburger and second i did get my cheeseburger but the fries were cold and i had to wait 32 minutes for my food and i was really angry and i seen a roach crawling on the dirty counters and it smelt bad and they didn't wear any gloves they touched my food with the hands they touched the counters the door with. The first time, even though it was on the receipt the second party wasn't on the sandwich, this time and I ordered it exactly the same as last time they put cheese on it when the receipt clearly says no cheese..... This post is not related to the food, I picked up food for someone else so I do not know if good or bad. This is about service (slow and sloppy and I am fairly certain overcharged on one of these last two visits), attitude/friendliness (indignant, ugly look, and certainly could use basic customer appreciation), and response of corporate office when I called to express my concerns (none). There seemed to be confusion where there should not have been because there were very few cars (3) in line. And frankly, when you are asked to move forward in line to wait for your food, there should be a little more hustle walking it out. Maybe some training?? read more

Worst service ever, if you go in the evening it takes forever and they act like they're doing you a favour, I stood waiting for 15 min. If I could give this McDonalds no stars I would. I've come here twice in 2 weeks now passing through on my way to Houston and it's horrible. I won't be back. Flys were everywhere and landing on everything, the floors are dirty and disgusting. The employees will just disappear to the back after you walk in to order and pretend you aren't there. There is no urgency to work or do a job like they are being paid. The employees socialize with each other and hang all over each other and are not sanitary on anything they do or touch. They will turn and walk away or interrupt you when ordering to talk to a friend or coworker. All in all, McDonalds needs to come in and shit this location down. It is disgusting and a horrible place to order from. It's so frustrating to stop for a quick bite when I'm in a time crunch and it takes 20 minutes to order get food. This is my neighborhood MacDonalds. While it is small and shares the building with a convenience store and gas station its 20 miles closer than the others in the area. They employ locals and kids from school. Its small time for Mickey D's but they always serve a quality product. Things can run a little bit slower at night but it is a 24/7 store and that's nice for a small town. The employees friends stop in for food and treats and to gab with their friends behind the counter. The ice cream machine is fixed but it is down for cleaning between 1:00am and 5:30am. read more

ok so first off I live here so ive been to this place several times despite always having some kind of issue not just one time but every single fu$king time I come here..... today was no different than any other day except it was worse so everytime I order they make me repeat myself twice sometimes more and then they repeat it back to me and still screw it up most times so today I said I wanted 2 med fries and nuggets with honey mustard which is included and then ranch also which is not and I paid for it with no issue. so I get my food and I don't have my 2 med fries so the lady looked at me twice and did not come to the window then rolled her eyes at me and walked over and I said I did not get my 2 fries she said well did you pay for them?
