This place doesn't deserve any stars at all. The restaurant in particular is dirty, the kitchen is dirty. The chasquee literally laughed when we asked her for a happy meal. When we asked for extra sauces they charged us which most of the McDonald's restaurants don't. Also, most of the tables were dirty, and the restrooms were nasty. To be honest, we'll never going to come back to this McDonald's and the managers where disrespectful. PSA; have u guys ever thought about closing this McDonald in particular? read more

Go elsewhere! We stopped on our journey down I 95. Our order was taken which was a side salad and a southwestern salad. We waited...and waited...and waited. The southwest salad came out but not the side salad...which I believe was already made up. We waited and waited...and finally said something and FINALLY the side salad came out. We went to our table and found they had given us the wrong salad dressing...why ask for what dressing you want???when you're going to give the wrong ne. It was an annoying unpleasant experience. Horrible!! Avoid at all costs. The AC was broken and there were flies everywhere. Also the digital menu screens were broken so you could not see what to order. It took about 15 minutes to get food. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not go here!!!! read more

By far the worst Mcds I have ever been to rude people. And they often tell u things are broke just because they don't want to have to make it burgers look like they are on wrong side of buns or falling our. Either get cold fries or hot to salty fries. Ice cream machine always down. Advertising breakfast after midnight but when u order it you are inform it will be 20to 30 minutes before your going to get it. Would not recommend. read more

I stopped here on a road trip. I have never waited to get my food at a McDonald's for more than 5 or so minutes until I stopped at this location. I was one of about 15 people waiting, and we waited for 20 minutes. There was no reason for the wait - there were no broken machines, or a lack of employees. I realize that waiting for that amount of time is not that big of a deal usually, but time was of the essence for me and it's supposed to be fast food. read more

This has to be the worst Mc Donald's on the planet!! They never turn the menu from lunch to breakfast so you have to order from memory and it took over 20 minutes to get breakfast at the drive through. read more

I would give this place zero stars if it was possible. Not only did I wait 10 minutes to actually place my order once getting up to the order screen, but by the time I made it up to the window I was asked my order again because it wasn't actually taken. I waited another 10 minutes for them to make my order because it was not made while I was waiting in line because it wasn't taken. Once I received my food I pulled out of The drive-through because there was such a long line behind me I didn't check my food first. When I pulled out of the drive through I realized my food was wrong so I had to go wait in line yet again. When I pulled up to the window, and I told him that I didn't get my hashbrowns they tried to charge me for them again even after I had told them I already paid. Will be contacting corporate in regards to our experience here. The outdoor playland was a health hazard & my son looked diseased, red spots & blotches all over face & body, after having played in dirty standing water that had trash in it. I have pictures of his skin. The wait was beyond long ESPECIALLY for a FAST food restaurant. At a minimum it took 10 minutes to receive our food & there was a long line too. Our cheeseburgers were cold, cheese wasn't even melted, and the Diet Coke was flat. The main dining beverage machine was broken so they told us they'd fill it at the drive thru machine. Go to find out they were filling up our cup with a 2-Liter bottle of Diet Coke!!! I didn't pay for that. Can't complain about the smoothie we ordered. Booths near bathrooms basically smelled like "bathroom" hence the reason we chose to sit outside which in the long run resulted in a sick child & having to cut our vacation short as we couldn't do anything with a sick child. Bathrooms were dirty, no soap, no paper towels. JUST BAD all around! Should have picked the Waffle House, KFC, or Hardee's. Live and learn! Will never return & recommend others don't as well! read more
