We stopped in at 10:30 pm on a Thursday night, to use the rest room, as we were driving by on I-70. We ordered 2 egg mcmuffin meals. Perfection! The egg mcmuffins were cooked perfectly. seriously! if I had made them myself they could not have been better. and that is saying something! :) read more

Minus stars if it was possible. No clean tables available. Food was average. And if you needed to use the baby station, the door was lock with no one inside the stall. The other two ladies stalls had no toilet paper. When I told them at the ordering station it was obvious nothing was going to be done about it. Yuck to this McDonalds! read more

Food order took forever. Restrooms were out of order. Re-orders took forever as well. Like most fast food restr staffing was a problem and the staff here were discussing who could go home early..... read more

Can't be zero stars so had to go with one. Could use some training on systems and process. Saw somebody chewing their fingernails and the boss yelling at the other people. Won't be back here ever. read more

I arrived at the Saint Clairsville McDonald's around 1145 to pick up a mobile order that my daughter placed for her school lunch. I went into the facility to pick it up. The cashier at the front desk informed me that the payment didn't go through and my daughter sent me proof via screenshot that the payment did go through and she even had an order number and a confirmation so I ended up having to pay for the mobile order so that my daughter could get her food in time before her lunch ended while I disputed the double charge on the mobile order. I also noticed that they forgot to include her double cheeseburger in the order. I'm not satisfied at all with this location. I suggest to others to go elsewhere the service is horrible, and the knowledge of the manager that I dealt with during this dispute was highly lacking. No stars are deserved. read more

The good is the food was fresh and hot. The bad is the floors were very dirty and oily! It made us feel like we were ice skating to the counter from the bathroom. We were seriously afraid of falling. Someone from corporate or management was sitting on the computer in the lobby and saw us. She asked what was the problem. We told her the floor was very slippery and oily. Instead of addressing our concerns she got up to walk across the floor and try to prove us wrong. She slipped too but tried not to let us see. We were turned off by her efforts more to prove us wrong than truly consider our concerns. We visited on July 25, 2025 early afternoon. So whoever that lady was knows who we're talking about! read more

Workers are so god damn incompetent it's not even funny. Went through the drive thru took about 15 minutes to get through the line, didn't have ice didn't have fountain drinks so basically had nothing but that's not the point here. I paid as normal went to the second window waited for a few minutes she came out and told me to pull to the Third window. I waited there for 30 minutes watching everyone and there mother pull off with their food while I was STILL sitting there we were waiting on chicken strips I made my boyfriend go in to get see what the hell was going on. My food was just sitting there getting cold. He came out with the food I opened my burger and it was indeed cold. My boyfriend said they were making other food and walking past ours. I'm beyond pissed. read more

So Slow!!! Employee who was waiting on her order was yelling to her peers in the back that were making her order, "trying to be funny". Making for an unpleasant atmosphere. Don't stop at this location there are better places around here to go instead. read more

Had to have been the SLOWEST drive through. They didn't give us napkins either. However, the food was pretty good. As travelers headed to Cincinnati, it should not take 15 minutes to go through an empty drive-thru at 5 AM. Ridiculous. read more

stopped there after work one night, and got poor service. To start with they were all hanging out outside I was left waiting at the speaker for about 10 minutes then she took my order and was extremely rude at the window then proceeded to give me cold French fries, and cold chicken nuggets. read more

The girl at the second window was extremely rude and did not utter a word. Not to mention the chicken nuggets are cold

I've been to a couple McDonald's in the area and they all have the same amount of customers and each time this certain location gets my sandwiches wrong every time and it's not like it's a hard order it's cheese burgers with cheese and ketchup only. read more

Gave me unsweetened tea when I asked for sweet took it in and they gave me unsweetened tea again also forgot to give me buffalo sauce.

Was at McDonald's early in the morning and my husband ordered a sausage egg and cheese bagel. First, no one was polite but that's typical at every McDonald's. The main reason for the one star is we drove home about 20 mins away and when we got home to eat he took a bite and the the inside of the bagel was completely burnt and black. That is very uncalled for and shows that the person working did not care at all. Once again McDonald's disappoints. read more

Workers are slow, food has been wrong the past 5 times. Ended up waiting 15 minutes for a small ice cream cone. Absurd wait times.

Awesome place nice people and very busy lol clean restrooms fast service employees are very helpful.

tried to use my mobile app to use my points and they "couldn't figure out" how to use the code. Then forgot part of my order. went up to get ketchup and never received service. read more

This is the slowest drive-through in North America. They have removed the fast from fast food. I stop here in the mornings for a coffee and need to allow 15 to 20 minutes to do so. read more

A four star burger at McDonalds? You bet. Number 3 on the menu is a double quarter pounder with cheese and it is AWESOME. I was shocked at how tasty it was. Very satisfyingly. If you are hungry (maybe really hungry), this is the burger for you. read more

If you are from out of town and thinking of stopping here because it is right off the highway, be aware -- these guys understaff the drive-through at rush hour. Today (Saturday) at 8 AM it took 30 minutes to get through. This is not an anomaly. It is always like this. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. read more

Horrible place longest wait times ever , Stay away from this McDonald's. The curb side pickup doesn't work and when you go into order expect to spend at least thirty minutes waiting on anything.. 0 stars read more

Terrible service. Totally forgot me in the drive-through line and just order some other people while ignoring me

Worst service. Normal McDs but in most cases you will wait for ever to get a cup of coffee. They don't hire the staff to support the business and it shows. read more

This place is always dirty when we stop for breakfast on Saturday mornings. It makes we wonder if it was cleaned the night before. The floors are sticky, the trash is overflowing, the tables are dirty and the refreshment area is always a mess and never stocked. Why do they not have a lobby person working? I can say that our food is always good. Maybe instead of having someone deliver food to the tables, they should hire someone to clean the lobby. read more

It takes a lot to get me to write a review for a McDonald's. This place used to be great, now it's terrible. Staff is friendly, but they are either understaffed or under very poor leadership, as drive-thru waits probably average 15 minutes. Perhaps the restive strength of the local economy has made hiring and maintaining high-quality employees difficult, which if correct, I'd say is a good thing. At any rate, stay away. Wendy's in the plaza across I-70 will provide a far better experience. read more

This is by far the slowest restaurant I've ever been to. I've been sitting at the drive-up window for 10 minutes now on our order has not yet been taken. Dining room and restrooms were filthy. Fish sandwich was slapped together and a mess only partially on the bun. Sweet tea dispensers were all empty and the condiment station was disgusting. . Just spent over 30 minutes in the drive-thru and currently still waiting. My order was missing a whole meal when I got to the first window. The second window hands me drinks that were the wrong size. When I inquired, stated with an attitude, "you paid for a large". Mind you, that's not what I ordered. Longest wait for fast food that I have experienced. Ever. read more

This McDonalds has the worst customer service. Went thru the drive thru this morning. Was sitting in line n they took a car before me that pulled up several mins after me. I said something to NICOLE the employee working the drive thru n she apologies with a giggle. So I told them I was going to go somewhere else that gave better customer service n left. As I was driving away NICOLE was staring at me laughing. Glad their customers r jokes to them. Went to Burger Kimg where I received outstanding customer service, very polite. So I called the store n complained to the manager. She was so unprofessional with her apology. I asked for a customer complaint number n asked for the girls name in the drive thru. The manager then said well I was in the drive thru too this morning so I'll give u my name. I said no I want the girls name. She gave it to me but WOW a manager was there with the girl as she treated me with disrespect n was ok with it. Think they need to do a better job at hiring their employees. Called the other number n was just told I'll let the store manager know. Piss poor service! Didnt think I they deserve any stars but it made me select one star. They deserve 0 stars! read more
