if I could give a negative rating it would be this McDonald's!!! when we drove up (cold weather) a crack head was sitting on sidewalk no shirt on and was putting shoes on. My friend wanted to go to the bathroom so I went with her. she entered the first stall and stated there was no paper. A lady was in the handicap stall and said she didn't have paper either. I went to the counter and told a female employee that the bathroom needed paper, she went over to another employee and came back and asked if I had checked the other stall. I said someone was in there and the wall was not so that she could hand paper under the stall wall. she walked away not concerned that the bathroom wasn't supplied with paper. my friend came out of restroom and said she would wait and use restroom at gas station when we got fuel. she said go look for yourself. I entered the first stall and the floor and commode was wet with urine. Napkins from the dining room was in the commode not flushed. I would not have tried to use this either. I washed my hands and left. the other stall was still occupied by the other lady. I told her they would not give me any paper for the bathroom. I ordered my meal from the Kiosk. No receipt !! My friend ordered from the counter when she got someone's attention. Her double cheeseburger was cold, cheese was not melted and the meat was dry and looked old. I ordered a Big Mac meal again my cheese was on the meat but had not melted and meat looked like it had been cooked hours earlier. The fries were fresh! But the tea in the lobby was very light no color no flavor they added ice to the dispenser to avoid making or refilling the tea. I looked at the prior reviews and saw that this is a Do Not Come Here restaurant. we got our food to go lobby / dining room was in need of a good cleaning also. we left and ate fries and stopped at a gas station used restroom and got snacks and a drink and came home. The reviews on this restaurant should alert McDonald's office management in the corporate level that they either need to close or replace all employees. This was very disturbing. I hope no one gets sick and sues McDonald's for neglect! I am glad I will not return to this McDonald's!!! please somebody this location is in desperate need of some supervion/support and training. I was very shocked after reading prior rexiews that McDonald's corporate leadership has not stepped in to turn this restaurant around!!! Ok, my husband and I are real road warriors traveling thousands of miles each month. We made a stop at the McDonald's on New Cut Road, Spartanburg SC and were pretty disappointed. First we used the restrooms. Both of us found them dirty. Surfaces hadn't been wiped down for some time, floor not mopped, changing table not cleaned. An employee was mopping out in the main part of the restaurant, but the water was either too dirty or too much detergent as it was like greasy and grimy. The counter help was polite, been not warm. There was a thank you, but certainly not genuine. Instead of saying, "Can I get you a drink?" Or "would you care for drinks with your meal" she said, "No drinks?" And the tone just seemed like she could give a sh*t or we weren't ordering enough. We ordered To-Go. My husband ordered a Sausage Egg and Cheese McGriddle. As you can see from the picture there was NO EGG IN HIS SANDWICH! I ordered 3 Hot Cakes and they were fine. We stop for breakfast regularly at McDonalds for breakfast when on the road and order To-Go. This experience will have us moving on to a different stop when we pass through this way next time. Honestly if I could give -5 stars I would. I've had numerous horrible experiences here. Just for some quick context I work 3rd shift and this is the only place other than Waffle House that's open around 2am so unfortunately I don't have many options. Last week I came around 1:30-1:40am and was denied service because they were "only doing doordash orders" according to the person on the speaker. Today 1/26/2023 I went up there around 2:20-2:30am and there was already a car sitting there waiting. When I drove around to get in the drive thru I saw at least 2 people inside. The car infront of me was sitting there for abt 2-3 mins before they finally pulled off and left. I pulled up and sat there for another 2-3 mins and no one came over the speaker. No one said anything about them being closed, no signs posted on the door, nothing. Google says they close at 3 and reopen at 4, so why they weren't taking orders at 2:20/2:30 is beyond me. The employees deliberately ignore you or don't serve you. They also need to change their hours cause they're obviously NOT 24/7. Don't understand why you would hire people who don't want to serve your customers. read more

Placed my order had it repeated back to me and when I got to the window they couldn't find my order. I know these are difficult times but the simple thing to do would have been to take my order again at the first window instead making me feel like I was the one in the wrong. This is a great little McDonalds joint. The place has been remodeled and it was clean. The service was great and friendly. The food was prepared neat and non messy. There were the Natives from the local extended stay hanging out in their parking lot, but the appeared to be harmless. read more

Stopped on our way to see Christmas lights at Hollywild and this place stinks. Smell will about knock you down when you open the door. Girl taking our order kept rolling her eyes and had an awful attitude. Guy in the back kept yelling, girl walking around with pants sagging, and the place itself was just dirty. I went through the drive thru at this location. It wasn't busy at all and only one car in front of me. I was asked to pull forward and wait for part of my order and was given the other part. I waited for almost 10 minutes and a guy brought out a bag of food. I was missing two hash browns and a breakfast sandwich. I told the guy before he went back in, I followed him back in the store. I was asked to bring the bags in for inspection. I asked them if they wanted to inspect my car as well. With all said, I regret I didn't ask for a full refund and they could keep their cold food.
