I gave this location a 5 star but after this morning I had to changers that. I ordered 2 sausage burritos and they were cold plus half the size they normallyare. I never had this issue before. I would have returned them but there was a long line and we were in a rush. Hope this location can figure out why the issues occur and fix it. read more

The food was good, but a little slow, although not many people in the restaurant. One employee came back in yelling from trying to deliver a pick up order, upset like she was told the wrong vehicle. Went back out, came back in screaming, throwing her knitted cap on the floor. I haven't been in here for a while and it looks like I might now return for another another while. We always eat in sallisaw when we are there. Yesterday my husband was working late so we decided to meet there and let the kids play at the play place since it had been so hot during the day they really can't play outside much. We ordered then took them to the play area. The kids played just a couple of minutes before our food came so then we ate..while we where eating an employee came and said we had 5 minutes because the play area was closed at 8. I think this is ridiculous especially since the lobby stays open until 11!! We barely had time to finish eating. Definitely will not be going back as often as we used to. read more

Okay so we got to mcdonald's and we ordered a $5 meal deal with a SMALL drink but they didn't have lids so they say they're going to have to give us a different size, they UPCHARGED because they didn't have what we ordered how is that our fault we shouldn't have been charged. Also when we got our food our server was rude, and the food was cold and items were messed up that there weren't even any special requests on. We will not be going back to that mcdonald's. read more

This was the worst McDonalds experience I've ever had!! After having waited for 30 minutes for the food, the chicken sandwiches were over cooked and dry! We threw them out the windows! The fries were greasy!! I order a medium diet Dr Pepper, it arrived to me with little ice and about 3/4 full. I asked for more ice, the girl brought it to me in a separate cup then proceeded to eat the remnants with her hands!! WTH!! The Big Mac looked like it was assembled with their thumbs. I just wanted to post and brag on two particular members of the staff that I had an encounter with this past weekend. They were very busy when we came in the door. So much so that we believed there would be a long wait. But in no time flat, 'Jonathan' the gentleman working the register had cleared out the entire line and we were next. Jonathan was very well spoken, and personable. He was easy to talk to and inquired about our day some. SUPER friendly guy. I could for sure see why he was working the register. He REALLY impressed me, and he was the original reason I was going to leave the review. But then, after we had gotten our food, we were headed out to our car, and the sack of food ripped and all our food got strung out across the Mcdonalds parking lot. That was really no ones fault. Our burgers were still wrapped so we felt they were okay but we lost out on all our fries. But I walked back into the restaurant, and this time I was helped by a woman named "Doratha(?)". I explained what had happened and fully expected to have to buy new fries. I was fine with that. But she apologized as though it was their fault (was not) and made me a whole new batch of fries for all our meals at no charge Thank you guys so much!!! read more

From the time I ordered my 2 burritos, until the time I got to the pick up window, was 18 minutes. 5 workers workers covered in tattoos from finger tips to necks were all laughing and playing in the back while there were cars backed up all the way to the road in drive thru. When I finally got to the pick up window 18 minutes later, and after I had paid, they said, please pull over to the # 4 waiting spot to wait longer for your food. Really? You coudn't have made 2 burritos in the last 20 min while I was stuck in line. No thanks, I just left without any food and they can keep my money. I will not be going back. read more

I ges I like McDonald's alright it's just they seem to have an issue with not giving a person enough gravy in your order, they barely seem to give enough to cover your biscuits then you have all this bread with no gravy on it! And I just ordered a side of gravy and it was laughable how little that was in the cup, and aggravating because I'm paying for some GRAVY ! Ordered coffee with the app. Specified option to bring it to me in parking lot. After 10 minutes waiting I went in and it was setting on counter and the waitress just pointed at it. I mentioned that I had specified curbside and she just shrugged her shoulders. I picked it up to take a drink, and it was room temperature. Total fail! read more

I just left & was completely disappointed with this McDonalds. I paid an outrageous amount for 2 fish filet sandwiches ($8.38) & the 2 "value" cheeseburgers had so many onions they weren't finished. When I questioned the individual about the pricing ( I usually pay $5) for 2 McPick items she blew me off saying these weren't McPick. They had a digital reader board saying they offered McPick but it didn't have any items or pricing on it at all & the manager didn't offered any further information. When we arrived at the McDonald's around midnight we could see there was a line, no biggie. The bag was wet when we got it first of all. We start to pull away and we realize one of our sandwiches is not plain like we had asked, okay no problem we jumped back in line for another ten minutes and when we arrive at the window there was a woman taking orders and another man making drinks and serving the window, they both ended up leaving the window and did not come back for what felt like forever. The whole process from us arriving at the window the second time to the time it took for someone to see us and realize we were there was like 3-4 min. The man opens the window and we tell him the issue and he asks us to hold on for a moment. He then goes into the back and confronts who I can only assume is the cook and tells him the issue. Seconds later the cook appears near the window and we watch as he stares up at a screen and begins to look aggravated and mumbles words as he heads back to the kitchen. Moments later the man running the window came back and asked us to pull forward to the first waiting spot. We then waited and I timed it on the clock 10 minutes. I'm the end we were tired had just left work and had to be there again at 7am. My boyfriend had, had enough and just pulled away. read more
