Foods ok as far as McDonald's food goes. Employees a little bit slow, always a long ass drive thru line

I have nothing but issues with this McDonald's. They always seem to forget stuff and give you a hassle when you go back to pick it up. Last time they forgot a large fry and I went back in the manager anna apologized then gave me old fries. Today they told me to order the things I wanted I have to order through the mobile app so I got stuck in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes because there were so many cars behind me. They don't have a quarter pounder with cheese unless you order it through the mobile app which is extremely odd and disappointing. Me and my coworker is always come here due to limited places to eat, but none of us are going to come back after today this was a big disappointment and a waste of our lunch. Poor customer service, I was at the drive thru window and asked for some ketchup and the lady gave me only 2 with an attitude when I asked her, I asked for some more and then she only gave me 2 and threw them in the bag aggressively and slammed the windows and stormed off with a face of a dog. read more

I frequent this Mc Donald's and I saw a rat as I walked in. I freaked out. I left ran in my car in tears. I picture rats licking the Mc Cafe machine... omg I am sick with an auto immune disease and can easily get sick and literally die from a bad infection. I just stop at this location. As I entered the restroom one of the female employees exited a stall. I spoke to her and she responded and then she left the restroom without washing her hands. I had to process that for a minute and then I exited the restroom and alerted the manager. His response was that she was on break. I asked him if he understood how regardless of her being on break or not, failing to wash her hands, and being back there picking up fries and a tray meant that she was contaminating the area. He said he understood and then told her, "Hey you didn't wash your hands". I never saw her re-enter the restroom and wash her hands. Be careful where you're dining. It won't be this McDonald's for me. read more

Brought my grand daughter here after school, i have never seen such a decrepid, filthy McDonalds like this one, ripped seating, dirty pathway to door, food on floors inside. Some workers in there are really rude to people. One girl treated my mother like " you know what". She didn't speak good english either and they often get our order wrong. I'm going to either have to learn spanish or move out of CA. I guess if I want the food i order. When you try to fix the order after getting your food they treat you, once again, like "you know what". The place is almost always too hot or too cold, and during the summer you get attacked by 100s of fly's inside the place landing on the toilets, urinals and on your skin and food! Yuck!!! When the kids get out of the school down the street during the week they pour into the place screaming and yelling and if you don't leave you'll loose your mind from all the noise. Awful service. They never get the order correct and are rude.

The owners are cheap. They only give you 3 sauces for a 20 piece nugget. I live in this town and go there about 2x a month and the owners train the employees to give you the least amount as possible. Once I got raw nuggets and the manager on duty was not helpful or friendly in resolving the situation. They have two windows in the drive through. One for payment and one to give you your food. They never greet the customer at the second window and never ask if you would like ketchup or anything else. They usually dont say anything to you at all. More than half the time I go there I don't get napkins or a straw for my drink. I've gotten the wrong order a handful of times to. I believe this owner owns about 10 or 11 other McDonald's in the valley and I hope they all go out of business or get their franchise license taken away from them. read more

Excruciatingly poor service! Ridiculously slow! Constantly rude service after 11pm. You can see staff sitting on their ass while you wait and when you get your food, it's cold. I am sad to report that this McDonalds still can't get an order right. I've periodically stop here since I live in town. I've resigned to having to wait to have them correct the order. You just have to CHECK YOUR ORDER and plan on waiting while its corrected. That wouldn't be too bad if it were not for the insufferable attitudes of the employees and management at this location. I have been to this Mcdonalds several times and it's not the cleanest place. Every time I have been there were flys buzzing around and as usual the service is McDonalds level so not great. The food is consistent and unlike the other bad reviews they have not screwed up my order. I just can't believe that every time I have been to this one it's full of flys. In a town where the temps top 100 degrees so many days of the year, this McDonalds has an ice cream machine that poops out on hot days, when everyone really wants ice cream. They should take part of the multi million dollars they make and spend it on two new ice cream machines. They definitely need two IC machines in this place. This Mc Donald's is unsanitary. Today I went through the drive thru and when I got my food they had my order all wrong. I go in and tell them that my food wrong. Everything that I order they put it back and gave it to someone else. I found the to be unsanitary because I just put my hands on all that food and you put it back and give it to someone else. The McDonalds in Rosamond, CA was great tonight. Anthony at the register (don't know personally) was courteous and efficient and went the extra mile to assist us with a difficult order, Logan at the pick-up window (don't know him personally) was friendly, super at his job, and informative. The food was hot, fresh and good. Drive thru was quick. Lots of lower priced items on their menu more recently. read more

This reminds me of story a "troublemaker" once told me. Sometime in middle school, this troublemaker in class, out of nowhere, stood up! And said, "My cousin works at McDonald's and he farts on the cheeseburgers!" Now... I don't know if he really did have a cousin that worked at McDonald's Or if he had a cousin at all. But the teacher looked at him with a straight face and simply said, get out. So he went to the office and everyone just sat there and I couldn't help but burst out in laughter. As class went on, I just kept laughing about it, I'd try to hold it in but I couldn't and it got to the point where the teacher had enough and kicked me out of class! By the time I got to the office the troublemaker was already gone. And it was my turn to tell the principle why I got kicked out of class. I never knew why the troublemaker said that, it almost seems as if he said it deliberately to get kicked out of class. Perhaps.... I don't think they fart on the burgers or anything. But I do agree with the most of you that 3/5 times they give you the wrong order. It seems to be mostly during breakfast hours... And that really sucks because sometimes when craving McDonald's breakfast, there is nothing else like it! And then you get home and its the wrong order... So you have to go back and tell them it's the wrong order and even though breakfast hours had just ended they still corrected the order, but they used the same wrapper as the wrong order and the paper was already deteriorating and soaked in grease from the first sandwich, it was cold and tasted... I stopped for morning Fuel before a bicycle ride . The server in drive thru was very nice and customized my order egg white with regular bacon instead of Canadian bacon. The food was very fresh. I can't remember the last time I ordered something other than ice cream from McDonald's. 4 stars only "because it's McDonald's" read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Their service is really bad and the staff is very incompetent. Every time I go there my order is always wrong or incomplete, the last time I was there I got an incomplete order, when I got home I realized my order was short. When I came back to the restaurant they were rude and they refused to help me. So I got upset and demanded for my order to be completed and instead they decided to call the police. I only wanted my order to be right since I paid in full for my order. But the manager said she would not give me anything cause she thought I was lying. I asked her politely to please complete my order or else I would call corporate and she just turned her head and told an employee to give me a partial order.. this is very unprofessional coming from a store manager. Seriously the world's slowest fast food joint. Even calling it *fast* food is ridiculous. I've gotten meals at restaurants faster. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They screw up my order about 75% of the time. I ordered some sausage egg mc muffins and it was painfully obvious they had been sitting under a lamp somewhere for a long time. After 10 years in the Army I'm not picky about food at all. These mc muffins went in the trash. The workers and management don't care at all. With McDonald's franchises like this one it's no wonder the entire McDonald's brand is struggling. read more

I come had come frequently for years only because it's near my home. The workers ALWAYS ALWAYS constantly are laughing and talking VERY VERY LOUD non-stop, to each other or their family and friends (usually in spanish). One girl, I think some shift manager, is the worse. I feel like slapping her she is so annoying. Strange, even most of the patrons are loud spanish speakers that talk non stop. Weird place! Between the workers, the loud customers, the blenders and the beepers, the sound in this Mcdonalds is worse than any I've ever been to. And good luck with them getting your order right. If you're getting a to-go order or drive though, check your order carefully before leaving. Also, there's one manager here the locals call the witch and sometimes the word that rhymes with that word. My order is always wrong. How hard is it to not put ketchup on my burger? NO KETCHUP!! NO TOMATO!! It isnt hard, when you go to put the ketchup and tomato on the burger just stop and don't.. its even less steps for you. Then when i take it in to get it redone they always act like it was my fault even tho it says on the receipt no ketchup no tomato. extremely annoying. Terrible place , some times ill drive to lancaster because it takes 15 to 20 min to get my order .. Just got back from there and the manager didn't want to give me a Sunday ice cream to make up for not having tomatoes ... Pissed me off cause they told me the Sunday cost more then the tomatoes but I could have the crusty cheap apple pie .. Do the math $10 order .40 tomatoes $1.50 Sunday=no repeat customer .. Many complaints: Fries are almost always barely warm, credit card machine in the drive thru malfunctions a lot, they run out of food (how do you run out of Mac sauce and Coke??) Horrible go across the st. to jack in the box. 20 mins to get 2 mc muffins 2 oatmeals and a coffee. And half of the time was just for the oatmeal and coffee and the customer service is shit.
