I didn't think I would ever give McDonalds a 5 star review on Yelp, but this particular location earned it. Unlike all the McDonald's in the states, this one had excellent customer service. There was a staff walking around cleaning tables and making small talk with everyone. She came to our table and ensured everything was good and even recommended some places for us to visit while we were in town. If you ever been to a Chic-Fil-A restaurant (Excellent fast food with great service), the service is very comparible and might even be better. The inside was very clean. This McDonald's is certainly a treat to go to. It is much better than most McDonald's in this entire country. I have been to this McDonalds many times with my family and I strongly recommend you visit it. When you first come in, you are greeted by a marvellous member of staff called Sheila. She has worked here for 15 years and will definitely want a nice chat with you.. or even a cigarette! The environment certainly feels like a McDonalds and the tables are nice and are cleaned often by the staff, which is a positive in my book. The floors of the restaurant are spotless and do not have any trash lying around. The food is smashing and tastes like it should taste. The toilets are clean, especially in the disabled toilet. The only downside I found about this particular McDonalds was that there could be loads of badly behaved teenagers or children that come here, so if you dislike children or teenagers, visit in the weekdays when it's not busy, but not at 12:00-14:00 when it's their lunchtime. last nite at 11.46 we used the drive through totally disappointing the food was look warm not at the temperature, food should be served no lower than 63 degrees , n 1 of the burgers was thrown 2getha we hardly any sauce or onions. read more
