I called to ask if I could add sauces because there wasn't an option on the app and they hung up very rudely. This is a shit place I would not waste my time here they gave orders wrong and take forever

I've been to quite a few Mcdonald's in my life, and I can say without hesitation that this is the worst one I've been to. I live very close, so that's the only reason I go to this one. However, every single time is an extremely long wait in line for the drive-thru. I once waited 20+ minutes in the drive-thru when there were only three cars in front of me. The wait time is unbelievable here. Don't come here for a quick lunch, because it will take up a large portion of your lunch hour. Aside from the extremely slow service, the customer service on the late night shift can be extremely poor. I just got back from the drive-thru about an hour ago (around 1:30-2:00 AM) and I have to say, the Latin girl with the tattoo on her arm is extremely rude. She certainly does not adhere to the "service with a smile" rule. She will say almost nothing to you, just handing you your food and closing the window. No, "Have a nice night", no "Thank you", absolutely nothing. I've also received this same rudeness from the woman with the short hair and glasses. She handed me the bag without a single word, and for some reason she was scowling at me. It's extra frustrating to receive such poor customer service after waiting in line for an exorbitant amount of time. Let me add that the rest of the crew have been great - I have no complaints against the others at all in terms of customer service. I'm not sure who's behind the slow service, though. I'm disappointed that the service here remains to be so poor in quality after so long considering that this Mcdonald's has such a low rating. Do the managers or whoever's in charge ever read these reviews? You can be sure that if I was a manager there, I'd be embarrassed. If someone with any power to do so is reading this, please look into these issues and work on them. Your many customers would be very appreciative, and I'm sure you would get more traffic as well. We went to mc Donald's tonight after a long day of work and we were going to use some promos from our phones and they wouldn't let us because since we are married we count as one costumer and can't use two orders. The manager said that we can't split out order to use both coupons. And he was very rude. Mc Donald's is getting worse and then they wonder why no one wants to go there anymore. read more

Went here because we were in the area, even though it has such bad reviews we gave it a shot. There were 7 of us ordered separately. Every order had something wrong and we all had to go back up and ask for the correct orders. The employees also, for some reason, gave us the drink we ordered when we ordered at the register and then when they called our number for our orders they had another drink with our food. So basically just forgetting in seconds that they had already given multiple people drinks and gave out more. Then when we go to leave we went up to the counter to ask for a refill and waited for 10 min for someone to even acknowledge us we asked if we could get our refills so we could leave and the only employee doing anything asked us to wait longer and then said out loud he didn't get paid enough to work there. It isn't our fault this location only has soda machines behind the counter. Flies everywhere inside. Bathroom was horrible, couldn't use it. read more

The drive thru at this location is pretty speedy, even when it's long. The staff is usually cheerful. This week I drove thru to order breakfast in the evening. Since McDonald's started offering breakfast all day on October 15, 2015 - I wanted a bacon, egg & cheese bisquit. Well, I was disappointed. This location has about 4 breakfast items available all day. Mainly egg McMuffin varieties. No bisquits. And there are no more $1 drinks either. So what the heck? All the commercials and promotions for breakfast and it's just a few items. Highly misleading. I just checked McDonald's website. It says bacon-egg-cheese bisquit IS available all day; along with a burrito and 2 pancake options. Well, not at this location. Just found the small print "not all items available at all locations" That's just poor advertising. So back to Del Taco for a full breakfast menu all day. I just wanted to give a shout out to the manager of this location for the p.m. shift when I always see him. At least he appears to be the manager because he is so on top of things, I don't know his name but he's a good looking bald Hispanic (?) man LOL. I've had several occasions while waiting in line both inside and at the drive-through window to watch and hear him in action as he's always out on the floor amongst the staff picking up any slack that occurs and just generally pitching in to keep things moving. He always seems to be in a good mood with a bright smile on his face and appears to have a good rapport with the staff. That is an extremely busy location in the evening and he really keeps things moving. If he feels anybody has waited too long he's quick to apologize for the wait and make it right if needed, he is truly a people pleaser. You need to do what you can to hang onto this guy because he is awesome! McDonald's has really come along way with hiring quality employees. The little gal that was at the drive-through window tonight is no doubt a good example of his training. I had gone through there really late The night before I think it was and the coffee machine was down and she didn't realize it until I got up to the window to pay and had to tell me the bad news. Yeah I was a little miffed at first, but she so graciously handled the situation that after I drove off I wasn't upset anymore, in fact I really felt bad for her afterwords. She clearly owned the situation, profusely apologized asked if there was anything else she could get me I mean she just bent over backwards to make sure that I did not leave mad she made me feel like she truly felt bad because I had to leave without my hot coffee. And tonight when I drove through the drive-through again she remembered me and apologized all over again. She's another keeper! I am a frequent flyer at McDonald's and I've always loved the place, grew up on the food, but in past years things got bad And the staffing was horrible. I have not been hesitant to give a horrible review for some locations because the staff just didn't seem to care and were in some cases downright rude. Some of them didn't even look at you when taking your money. Over the years I have seen a change in some locations even some of them I had negatively reviewed, maybe it's because you guys are paying them more? And they're happier? You know that does make a difference if you feel you're getting paid fairly, It also makes a huge difference when you start out with quality employees. 100% fresh beef, cooked when you order? I call BS! I was just at this location today at approximately 1:30 p.m. I went through the drive thru. I ordered the Quarter Pounder. All of their marketing materials right now are advertising that this burger is cooked when you order it. This burger was not just cooked. I'm not sure it had even been under a heat lamp! It was room-temperature at best and the cheese was not melted at all. Add to that the crazy long wait in the drive thru (which I mistakenly attributed to the new cooked when ordered method), and this was a huge disappointment, not to mention a waste of time and money. Once came here awhile ago and asked for cheese burger with nothing in it and they literally handed two buns over. Gave It back and told them what we wanted then got two buns agAIN BUT THIS TIME WITH CHEESE IN THE MIDDLE. My mom had to go in because they seem mental and finally we got the right order. only giving the extra star because the new worker ( forgot her name ) is really nice there. She's an old red headed ( I think ) lady and likes to go around asking if we need anything and reminded us to take the survey online. Terrible service with food not much better - Last two times we waited 15 minutes for our food. They are very disorganized. Today after waiting 15 minutes for our order, they were about to give our order to someone else! When we did get our order, the type of salad was incorrect, the toys in the happy meals were not the ones advertised (and were all for boys when we specified two for girls), there were only 7 french fries in each happy meal, there was about half the chicken on the salad that should be, and they gave us sweet & sour sauce instead of the BBQ sauce we asked for. They were not very interested in fixing the issues and when asked about the toys that were on promotion he just replied "I don't know). We had two very disappointed children over the toys so we went to the McDonald at 1620 W. Redlands Blvd. They were very nice and exchanged the toys for the ones that should be given as part of the promotion. Never again. We will drive the extra distance to go to the one at 1620 W.
