The drive thru person handing out the drink at first window by the name of Juan after you pay was absolutely rude and disrespectful. He gave me an attitude when I asked him questions regarding the app. Then I asked him for cream and sugar and he got even more irritated. He seemed annoyed and irritated. A bit inconsistent but otherwise a decent McDonald's location. I stop here often EARLY in the morning. There's one dude that, if he's working, everything goes fast and the food is fresh and I'm on my way in a matter of minutes. I come to this location two times a week. It's what you would expect from a McDonalds. It's not very clean bad service they get the order wrong. It's what you would expect. The only difference from this location is that it has a tractor trailer parking, so if you drive a big truck you'll have some parking at this location. read more

So obviously the location isn't the best but Emmy daughter had a softball tournament at Desert West park this weekend and we went to grab a quick breakfast for our family. It's been a while since we had fresh, steamy, very good food from McDonald's. We were eating it in the car and my husband and I looked at each other and were shocked at how good the sausage egg McMuffins were! Due to my daughter playing travel softball we eat fast food breakfasts at least once during that weekend and it's been a while since McDonald's hit very good and man did this location delivered this morning! Hospitality is a minimal, wised managers wouldn't cut off breakfast before breakfast time was over.

I went here last night to pick up an order and the outside was pitch black. The store didn't have any lights on the building and the parking lot did not either. I asked if they forgot to turn the lights on and was told that they have been out for a while now. She acted like it was no big deal. I mentioned that they might want to get them fixed because of the random people hanging around the cars at night and not being able to see where you are walking. Definitely don't feel safe going to this McDonald's at night and the employees didn't seem to care. read more

Racial Discrimination... I was scheduled to have a job interview on 01/01/2024, at 12:15 pm. I arrived to the restaurant (Mcdonald's Store #36176) at 12:05 pm. I stand in the lobby for 10 without being acknowledged by the staff. There was a staff in the lobby taking down the Christmas tree and she kept looking at me, but she did not speak to me. At 12:15 pm, I approached the counter and the assistant manager asks me how can I help you. I told her I was scheduled for a 12:15 pm interview. She walked over to the manager whom was salting fries. The manager and her spoke in Spanish and the manager peaked around the corner to get a look at me. No I am not Mexican. No Spanish is not my first language. Yes, I speak English and I am proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish. I understood every word the manager stated. She told her that she is not interviewing me and send him away. The assistant manager told me that they are not currently hiring. If you look outside the restaurant there are signs posted along the North, East, South, and West parts of the store that say "Hiring Immediately" text or apply online. If they are not hiring then why advertise that you are hiring. This was blatant racial discrimination. "Baa Daa Daa Daa Daa... I'm Loving It!" Great way to start the 2024 New Year!!! read more

This place has terrible service as a whole. Workers will watch you stand at the counter trying to order and will just proceed to do other task. I watched as 3 customers consecutively asked "can I get some service " so I was surprised as being the fourth to have to ask the same thing. This McDonald's is disgusting and disgraceful. Today I went through the drive through at this location and waited for 10-15minutes for two sausage and egg McMuffins. Initially the person that was taking the order was very rude and insisted he was unable to hear me so I had to pull up to the first window to place my order (first delay), granted to lady at the first window was very nice it was still inconvenient (by this time I had been in line for 4 minuets). Once I got to the window the manager Pedro told me to pull up to a third windo while my eggs cook which I did without any dispute (6 minutes now) I waited at the third window for an additional 6-9 minutes as over 5 cars drove around me. I finally received my food at this time my patience had ran short and I asked for the manager (Pedro) I advise that him about the long wait for 2 sandwiches m; the manager never apologized but he proceeds to make several excuses for the incompetence of himself and staff. This was an additional 5 minutes... not satisfied with the managers excuses I asked for name of his boss or district manager and phone number to place a complaint. Pedro left the window never to return but sent another worker with a piece of paper that had the same toll free number as receipt and a name Julia. When I got home I checked my food as I always do (recommended) and found that my eggs had discoloration on both sandwiches (FYI this is caused when a cooked egg has a chemical reaction due to is sitting for a period of time)... WHY when I waited for it to be cooked.... I then called to location to let them know about the discoloration and my dissatisfaction I asked for a manager and Julia got on the phone I wanted to confirm she was the store manager she stated no Pedro and I are the same level and Nick was the manager she also advised he would be in the following morning which was helpful; she apologized about the issue and offered to replace my meal. I advised I would wait until I could speak to Nick. This use to be my favorite McDonald's in AZ but after they resolve this issue I will no longer be going back to this location; granted this was abnormal for them but the team they had working 9/9/18 was beyond incompetent enough to lose my business. read more
