Everyone on here seems to bash McD's but they keep coming back no matter how much they complain about this big corporate fast food restaurant. They were super busy on a Sunday and the drive thru line was too long, so I went inside instead of waiting in line and wasting gas. It was my 400pm coffee break so I ordered two coffees one large and a small. They actually ran out of coffee and didn't fill my cups all the way to the top but I didn't want to wait the 3 additional minutes for the new pot to be available. Worst experience ever 30 minutes for food so much fit for fast food it sucked hire more people

Wow!!! Rudest guest service I've ever had! Not only did she disregard two other elderly ladies in line, she followex me to make sure I had put water into the water cup I asked for. When I asked for the bacon well done, she insisted on not putting in the modification, and then I ended up with of course the bacon underdone and had to wait to get the order redone because she would not put the modification in. This lady definitely needs to retire or get another job in the back that isn't in the front with customers because she made three customers upset and those were the only three customers that they had in that store. I know this is a McDonald's that is offer the freeway and of course they're always going to get business, but possibly changing the attitude of the front desk. Lady would be better to get more stars and happier customers. read more

Was in the drive through and ordered 86.00 worth of food. They wouldn't take a hundred dollar bill to pay for it. The Cashier said, "it s the owners policy" Perhaps the owner might consider getting a bill fraud detector to keep up with the times. The drive through had trash in it and the receptacles outside were completely full, spilling out. The cashier did not say "thank you" or even "come again" . No wonder, the reviews are poor here. Stopped for a quick breakfast and ended up waiting for almost an hour before finally asking and they seemed confused . I do not blame the staff, it is the fact that they pay $20 an hour now and are unable to staff accordingly.. The customer in front of us ordered at the register then when it came our turn, the cashier walked away, then the manager came and told us we had to order at the kiosk. We mentioned the customer in front of us just ordered at the register. We then waited a very long time for our food and asked for a spoon, the employee rudely responded I put one in the bag. read more

This McDonald's is brand new and on the way to Vegas. We usually stop by the McDonald's in Barstow but decided to stop by this one instead. This was a great idea as it was clean and the service was awesome. The Manager, Diana was great! Super friendly and definitely can tell she is a great boss as all the people on the shift was courteous and worked efficiently. Food was great as usual. This is one of those out of the way stops on a long drive. Nothing around but glad to see it. Did the drive thru Sunday night. Repeatedly told guy on intercom, no cheese. Got to pick up window, and he even repeated, no cheese on our burgers. Label on burgers said no american cheese. Had to wait a few minutes in the pick up order spot for our order. Opened up the burgers, CHEESE! Walked in and kindly told the gal in a black uniform the problem. I would have kept the cheese burgers because my son will eat them but they threw them away. So I ordered a double cheese burger while waiting about 10 minutes for my hamburgers. It sure seemed like i inconvenienced them. They only had 1 customer while I waited. Could have not charged me for THEIR mistake. Could have been humble or apologetic. Nope. So i paid for the cheeseburger eventhough they just threw 2 away. Went to my car. Of course, my shake was runny and my fries were cold. Frickin customers service is out the door here and a bad reflection on the company. read more

When in to get breakfast with cash and only the kiosk was available. AND I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE.

Knowing how busy it is, the manager took the only cashier off the register, told us with no explanation, but they stopped serving us. They told us we have to use the kiosks. They have 4 screens , but only one is working & turned on. The line is going out the door. A lot of people left the line & just walked out the door. Bad service. read more

This is one of those McDonald's you end up going to on the way to and from LA. Sometimes I stop here to Vegas, Mount High, or wherever else Freeway 15 takes you. It's pretty much the same as you'd expect for the chain fast food restaurant. There really isn't many options nearby, so easily a go-to when you need it. Since there's a gas station next door, it's become a 2 in 1 stop for a fill up for the car and yourself. read more

This is the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever seen. They are so worried about Covid that all the tables and chairs are closed off with caution tape, but the bathrooms were horribly disgusting. There was vomit on the floor that was obviously there for awhile. It's obvious that there is no pride of ownership at this location. I would leave negative stars if I could. read more

Be ready to wait. This place is all packed. A lot of people are waiting in line and in the drive thru. Some cars are even parked on the side of the road. Too crowded and dirty parking lot. They only had one front cashier whose gonna take orders, and also gonna make coffee. Took about 15-20 minutes for our order to arrive (only ordered their 2 for $4.50 Mcmuffin), then have to wait extra more minutes for the creamer to be refilled. They don't serve frappes and lattes here. Only hot and iced coffees. read more

Slowest mcdonalds Ive been to in years. Drive-thur had about 8 cars so I went in. Quick to take my order but took about 15-20mins to get food ( served with cold fries ) . Found it strange that they ask you what drink you want then make you fill it up yourself. They also give you the drink about 10 mins after you order and way before the food comes. Food seemed be made once you order although it was busy & lunchtime. Worker dropped cups on the ground and placed them back in the cup dispenser and inly threw then away once customers said something. Definitely wont be coming back . read more
