I received quick, friendly service. The food was fresh and warm. The fries were hot and crisp. A young lady was even cleaning the dining area, which seems a fast food rarity these days. So I was at this MacDonald's and I went to the bathroom and got abducted by a pack of rats that suited me in armor and we had to fight cats ,then after defeating the cats the rats started worshiping me and calling me their queen. So a 5 star experience for me. read more

DRY OLD SO DRY.. EVERY SINGLE TIME! OMG EVERY TIME. The meat is always a darker grey/brown color and rubbery dry and cold. Dunking in ketchup doesn't even help. EVERY TIME! Random people I've met in St Louis know that this is the most horrible dry McDonald's they've ever been to. Corporate shut this location down! Please! on my home tonight I decide to stop at this McDonalds and order from the app because I had some rewards- I have done this many times- I pulled in and parked at spot 4, and begin to place my order- an employee came out and told me his manager said I cant park there and place my order- so does McDonalds expect me to order while I am drivng- the food was good but the service was piss poor- my order pays for their salary, there was no one parked in the other pickup spots- this manager needs to demoted to a shift manager read more

Traveling through and stopped at McDonald's in Perryville around 11:00 a.m. You would think sandwiches and fries would be fresh. Not the case! Crispy Chicken sandwich and Cheese Burger were terrible. This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Many of the daytime staff have nametages saying 15+ years of service. It is clean and well done, and the food is consistently good. Best Mickey D's in the entire country as far as I'm concerned. One complaint is that they are habitual car-parkers in the drive thru lane. They ask you to pull up and wait if your order isn't completely ready. This is fine, except they sometimes ask 3+ cars to wait like this and they all get stacked up in the parking lot. Only one kind of toy at a time? What a scam. Food? All of my friends and I ordered roughly the same time and I waited 10 more minutes than everyone else. When I asked the lady serving us about the toy, she specifically said not to make a yelp review and seemed nervous about it. Service was kind of rude to a bunch of teenagers. Were we slightly rowdy? You know, I never take my food back unless there's something seriously wrong with it. I went to McDonald's and yes I guess it was McDonald's I got myself a Mc double which is probably going to be the only thing I'll eating today. The bun was hard, my cheese was not melted and it just tasted burnt. I take it back in and I tell this lady I'm not trying to be a jack ass but I want a new burger without a crispy bun and melted cheese. What do I get? That Cape Girardeau McDonald's cheeseburgers are better than that and they are by far way busier than the Perryville McDonald's.
