Just had the worst experience at this McDonalds. I purchased 40 piece chicken nuggets, happy meal, and large fries. It took a little while to get my food so I was thinking great everything will be fresh. I came home my family and I dug into the food and the nuggets were disgustingly stale. I'm super unhappy. Love McDonald's! It will always be one of my favorite fast food joints. Their fries are the best. They are fried well and seasoned with the perfect amount of salty goodness. I love the chicken mcnuggets BUT they were way better back in the day when they used dark meat. The big mac, cheeseburger, and fish filet are also at the top of my list. Even though the buns are not the best overall it's still delicious. Last but not least, you can't go wrong with a happy meal! No matter how old I get it's still fun to get every now and then. Experience on 5/24/15 mid day. We all know McDonalds is McDonalds and I didn't expect anything out of the ordinary so I took the drive thru, or should I say sit and park... And wait. Big Mac meal, hamburger, and mc double. Didn't think it would be that long of a wait, however referencing my receipt it came out to a much longer wait than I had planned for. I sat at the pickup wi Dow for about 3-4 minutes and was told my meal is almost ready... Heard that a few times... To the point I had to pull forward and see 2 vehicles that were behind me gather their order and leave. Total wait time 12 minutes. Food is exactly what you'd expect from a Mcdonald's chain so they redeem a star for the typical quality for product output. I have to say though, I will no longer be visiting this location, even though it is by far the closest to my home. I have yet to be in an out of their drive through in an acceptable amount of time. The last two time's I went for JUST DRINKS I have been stuck in line for, no exaggeration, over 30 mins. This is not only entirely too long for fast food, it even compares poorly with other McDonald's locations where you'd be in and out in 5-15 TOPS for the same transaction. Worst of all, no acknowledgement at all. No "sorry about the wait" which leads me to believe that the extremely slow service I have gotten from them is the norm they think is acceptable. When they are busy, they are slow. In the middle of the night when I'm only one of two customers in line, the are still incredibly slow. This has always been one of the best run McDonalds that I've ever been to. Love the remodel. It's warm, inviting and not at all like some of the other nearby remodels, which are so cold, I stopped going to them. There is a nice seating area outside that could be made even better if the owner added plexiglass to separate it from the cars and traffic noise. The food is as good as other places. This is the worst of the worst. Horrible management and really bad attitudes. They seem to focus more on the drive thru than the customers at the counter. I walked in and stood at the counter for nearly ten minutes before some girl with an attitude a mile long walked up and said "what" not can I help you or hello just what. The workers are really terrible and I was eating my mc chicken and I went to refill my cup and the employee just threw it away without asking me if I was finished. Seriously one of the worst McDonalds experiences we've ever had! We bought food for 9 people so our bill was nearly $30, keep in perspective that this is McDonalds so that's a lot of food. First, girl at the pay window lied to me stating we could only use the app deal on mobile order when it clearly showed that it was a regular coupon. Then when I had to educate her and show her the difference between mobile order only coupons and regular coupons, she lied again and said we couldn't add to our order at the pay window. Wth?! So you don't want to make more money?! Dumb! Then they didn't give us any sauce for the 20 pc McNuggets so we had to stop and send someone in to get that. Then when we finally got home they didn't give us the Gogurt for my son's Happy Meal. Wow! How bad of an experience can you have?! Understanding that these kids are being paid near minimum wage, I don't really expect much, but clearly management is not this location's strong point. Because since then the service has not only been slow, but the quality of their unhealthy fast food has gone down the drain. First, the lady couldn't get my order right. Then she kept talking to her associate while I was at the window. I had ordered a McGriddle and when I opened it, it had no egg with a white hair. I believe this is the Mc'D's with the playground. Kids always enjoy going there. Sure, who knows how clean those playgrounds are but we make sure the kids get a bath when we get home. My family has been going here for years and we've noticed it going down hill. This one manager always pops an attitude with us when our order is wrong or when we complain about a mistake. I think her name is Suzette or Susan. She tells the workers in Spanish that we only try to get free food. She sees us often enough that you would think she would remember we speak Spanish and understand what she says. The owners son is a jerk to his employees and the customers when he does interact with them. The owner himself is never really present and when he is he is in a hurry to get out the door and never says Hi or Thank You to his customers. There's only a few good managers there and I just learned their best one and most well liked by associates and customers, Ryan, got fired for no reason. Rumor has it that the owner wants his son to take over Ryan's position. They have a high turn over rate since most of the older employees and new ones are leaving, which explains why they are hiring almost every week. Their new associate talk back to customers and managers and seem to always have an attitude and act like its an inconvenience to help a customer or even do their job. Usually we just have to deal with our orders being wrong or getting someone else's food by mistake which Ryan or any of the good associates or managers fix quickly and kindly. Today,though, had to be the worst experience ever. First, the cashier was rude to the customers in front of us and wasn't going to give them any potatoes for their order cause someone didn't make enough has browns and the cashier acted like it was a problem to give them a small fry instead. Then, we were waiting for our order and the lady in drive thru took the food off of our tray and gave it to the people in drive thru which I know is against their policy and I'm pretty sure also violates the health code. Lucky for her, it was just nuggets and we didn't special order a Mcdouble or something. Then there would have been a bigger problem on hand. Also, associates were asking for more nuggets to be cooked and the guy was busy talking. We have gone as far to complain to the owner and never seems to do anything. Ryan always handled everything. I just moved and this is my closest McDonalds. First time I went they got my order completely wrong even though we confirmed it twice. Second time and it was ok but cold. Next few time were ok but took forever to wait. However this most recent time there I sat in front of the drive through order for 20 minutes. I have been going to this fast food place every night for the past month to have dinner and check the news on my computer. That was fine until the owner (because this place is a franchise, a wannabe real McDonald's) told me that I had to leave because according to the policy a customer has to leave between one hour to one hour and a half. This morning I came to get some breakfast I order the #4 which comes with two sausage egg mcmuffins and I was not happy with the food I received. First the muffins were soggy, I have never had this happen at any other location and second in both sandwiches the eggs were under cooked which again I've never had happen before.
