TRASH SERVICE!! We ordered a mobile order and came only like 20 minutes late because we were busy, we went in and they cancelled our Oder! And then the dinner box we were supposed to get apparently stops getting sold at 4 (it's a dinner box not a lunch box) the lady was so rude too saying "would you like to see it" in a rude tone. One of few options near job and it is constantly a disappointment. People in afternoon don't care and deliver terrible service. Food not made right and a mess, horrible attitude from young people and do not want to do job. I've avoided going inside because of attitude and messy food handed to me. I avoid it when I can. the food was AWFUL! couldn't make a simple sandwich the right way it needed remade multiple times and had an attitude. the drinks tasted just as bad. the service was terrible to busy in the back talking. I wouldn't even leave them a 1 if I didn't have to!!! Horrible!!! Placed a mobile order and had ordered 3 /20 piece nuggets for my grandkids. They were so rubbery and cold it isnt funny!!!!! I had 4 small children here and no vehicle to tote them to McDonald's in. So my son goes thru to pick up our mobile order and drop it back off to us before he left. It's bad when you have 2-1 and a half year olds a 3 year old and a 5 year old who won't even eat them they are so cold And nasty!!!! Then "Kara" tells me she can't replace 60 nuggets with out me bringing them back???? You can't bring them to me???? Why don't your manager bring them to me then???? Wow!!!! This place only gets two stars because the new person that rung me out and took my order was super nice and apologetic. I tried to order a Carmel macchiato. And "Angie" told her the machine was down. So I asked if that was just for macchiatos. The person, being new, had no idea because I wanted a latte if possible. She tried to get "Angie's" attention and was ignored. I have actually just left and wasted money because they've taken that long; and it's for simple things, like a coffee or something. The fries are very hit or miss, as well. This McDonald's has to be one of the nicest one I have been to. The whole place was updated with nice furniture and decorations. The outdoor seating area had modern block sitting seats, and the inside had nice comfy chairs. This McDonald's had a ordering kiosk, and there were nice pictures on the wall with TV's. Our food came out in a timely manner. This McDonald's is off a ways of I-77, but it is worth it. I highly recommend this McDonald's. read more

We were at McDonalds, at 3:53. we ordered at the counter, they did not ask me if it was to go. I ordered the food, took our coffee, to the table, and sat there for about 20 minutes waiting for our food. So my husband went to see what the hold up was. Everytime we have visited McDonald's in Newcomerstown we have had to pull forward and wait for at least 10 minutes for our food to be delivered to our car because something isn't ready. For fast food, this isn't very fast. read more

Stopped here for a quick bite on Dec. 30, 2015 at around 4:30 pm. Food was ok but dining area was not very clean. Tables needed wiped off and there were a lot of workers standing around chatting and having a good time. Tried to get ketchup out of the dispenser but it was empty. I went up and told the girl at the counter and no one made any motion to fill it. She did give me packets. There were places to get hand sanitizing wipes but the 2 dispensers were both empty. Floors in the ladies room were totally disgusting. They need a deep cleaning for sure. I will try Wendy's the next time. read more

This McDonald's has innumerable problems. Oftentimes, and I hear this from other patrons as well, the employees are just standing around doing nothing but talking amongst themselves while you wait there right in front of them and they ignore you. But the coup de gras for me is a new employee who has repeatedly given my elderly mother the wrong change. Last evening, my mom bought an iced tea, gave the girl $20, and the girl gave her $10.93 back for a $1 iced tea. My mom was so busy counting the change to make sure it was right this time that she didn't realize quickly enough that the girl cheated my mom out of $8. This girl always takes forever to give change; she's always messing with the money rather than giving change straightaway like the other employees do. My mom has told her in the past that she gave my mom the wrong change and she argues that she did not. My mom has let it go in the past as she is a quiet person who doesn't like to argue. I assume the girl picked up on this and decided it was safe to not return bills to my mom this time. I'm sure if my mom is getting cheated by this person, other patrons are as well. read more

Used the kiosk to place an order for 3 people and received my order number. Waited 15 minutes at the line to pick up my order which was never announced. I asked the employee there about the status of the order and she walked away and began performing other tasks. I waited 5 minutes and again asked her if someone was checking on my order. Without answering she turned to another employee and showed her my order receipt and both began scanning an overhead computer screen. She then began speaking to a manager who appeared too busy to talk with her. After a total wait time of 25 minutes with no explanation or apology from any member of the front counter staff I left. The restaurant was busy but the impression I received from others waiting for their food was that there was a serious breakdown of service with no effort made toward "customer service". I went across the street to a Wendy's restaurant where I encountered several others whom had just left Mcdonalds dissatisfied with their wait time. read more

Nobody here can read or understand English. Food order is never right,EVER. Asked for no pickles and got no onions and a huge pile of pickles instead. Doesn't matter what you order they will screw it up. They might be able to handle a water, but I wouldn't bet my life on it. read more
