Nora the manager is very rude. Her attitude towards customers is disgraceful. Also please do not try to get a job there she will have you sit for at least 30mins after your scheduled time and literally do everything but interview you. Double check your order before you leave the window! I went through here yesterday on the way to a job in the area. Got to the job and then noticed that they didn't put any cheese on my double quarter pounder. I called the location and told them, and they told me to bring it back and they would fix it. I told them that I couldn't make it until tomorrow. Well, went by there today, explained what happened to a young girl that spoke really good English, she turned to what I am goi g to assume is a manager (who spoke little English), and explained. Apparently this place doesn't go along with the NATION-WIDE $1, $2, $3 Menu. Went through the Drive thru to grab the kiddos Happy Meals while running errands on this side of town. Was expecting the usual: $6 and change for 2 meals... instead it was an astonishing $9.27! This place charges $3.99 for their Happy Meals AND there is an UP CHARGE for CHOCOLATE MILK! I have NEVER heard of anything like this. I didn't even order myself a small fry because it was $1.99. I asked at the window and got some BS about how they are trying to be more "health conscious" and can't even serve 6-piece nugget meals anymore... but couldn't say anything more about the cost. My thought is that since they're right off 20, they JACK UP their prices because they know people are going to stop there and they basically rob them blind. I ordered on Andrew highway and everything was cold I got it tast through the drive but everything was cold.I used to work at mc Donald's along time ago and I believe it has a 7 minute life span on fries.Well let me tell u these fries were so old cold .What a disaster. read more

Wishing I could give this 0 stars. Ordered on the app (like I've always done) the lady at the speaker didn't know how to do a mobile order and told me to go to the first window (that's fine, I didn't mind that). The guy at the register was singing, goofing off, acting like he was going to spray the other workers with some cleaning spray, and he looked right through the window at me but didn't say anything, no smile, no "I'll ever with you in a minute", nothing. Will not be coming back to this location. Edit: tried it again thinking they got better......still not better. Put in a mobile order to save time. Drive up to the order kiosk, I barely got the words "I have a mobile order" out before being told to move to the first window.....ok. Then the lady at the first window just told me to move foreword......ooook. Then the guy at the second window tried handing me someone else's drink. And when I told him what the other girl told me, he called the manager and she proceeded to talk to me like I was 5 years old, telling me how mobile orders work. I told her what I was told at both the kiosk and the first window and she acted like I was an idiot. Briana at drive thru window has no customer service etiquette whatsoever after each item ordered keeps asking 'what else' with a rushing annoying attitude immediately right after you finish ordering I've stopped multiple times and have brushed off her lil attitude but today I had to ask her to be less rude and immediately she kicked in her attitude into overdrive even suggesting I leave I asked if she was at the window and asked why I had to know that I finallu pulled up to the 2nd window where I spoke to Manager Eddie whom I unloaded my anger on after explaining him why, he nicely was not going to change me but I refused, I wasnt going off, to get a free meal I wanted something to be done about this girls attitude who Ive put up with in the past I called the # on the window to complain and will try to get ahold of store manager also but as I said to him I let experiences like this slide most the time but not today and not again if anyone has a complain on this girl please call store manager or the number at the drive thru window attitudes like hers need to be reported I was there at between 4:15 & 4:30 AM read more

Manager please make sure your staff is attentive to the job their doing. Not only did they forget to put cheese on my husbands burger which wasn't a big deal but as a pregnant woman I could've been in severe pain after eating this raw burger. We got it fixed hopefully this doesn't happen again because I love burgers. read more

Last time I go to this McDonald's. 2nd time I have ordered a Bacon Ranch Salad with GRILLED CHICKEN and have gotten a salad with only bacon in it. Today I opened my bag and sure enough no chicken I brought it to the cashier's attention and he said you didn't get charged for chicken this is after the lady taking my order repeated my order with GRILLED CHICKEN in it! Went to this fast food. They weren't ready with nothing . Because they opened late . it's ridiculous I guess they couldn't open a frozen MC griddle and put it in the microwave . anyhow I didn't wait so I went a got a kolash instead. It's just pathetic that a manger doesn't know how to turn one of the drive thru signs off but when we call to ask shes says she "closed" it but i don't think a lane is closed when the light is green and says open. Drive thru is not open 24 hrs like stated. Stopped at 1am on the way through town, drive thru lights were on, hours posted said drive thru open 24 hrs but nobody came to take order. I called because I could see people inside. They answered and told me they shut their system down and would reopen at 2am. Apparently they are under the impression that they can shut down and still qualify as open 24 hrs. Maybe Midland TX has some type of time warp between central and mountain time that gives them additional time. They could have at least shut the lights off on the drive thru during their system shutdowns so people know to roll on and get their coffee somewhere else. read more
