This McDonald is horrible when I was doing my Uber Eats it was like 11 pm and the lobby said it was closed so we went thru the drive thru and they first said that we had to pay and than they got there manger and she said that we had to go in the lobby after when I went into the lobby there was three other people that were doing uber and she just kicked us out and told us it was closed I would never go there again or pick up a order there again read more

The experience was horrible the service was terrible. First they gave us the wrong drinks then the teenage girl took the top off and smelled the drink and tried giving it back to us after she smelled it. Second they forgot our other burger we paid for and extra sauce that we didn't get either. And there was a hair in my daughter's food. My daughter almost got kidnapped today in the Magna Utah at this McDonald's. My daughter went in to eat and when she walked out she saw a white van blocking her car. Thank God she paid attention! so she walked back into this McDonald's to ask for help. The employees all walked in the back room. This McDonalds is definitely above par in terms of typical McDonalds. Took the family here for lunch and I was impressed. 1. Even though the place was already very clean, the staff was busy wiping surfaces and cleaning windows. 2. Food came out fast and fresh. 3. I love the fact the place is new and updated. First of all, I would like to remind everyone that McDonald's was one of the first businesses that started raising the stink about supposedly "deserving" $15.00 an hour. And THIS is just ONE of the reasons why everyone laughed about it!!! So, there's this... Unless you have money to throw away or plenty of time (because you'll have to return) STEER CLEAR of this McDonald's location. For whatever reason, these guys just can NOT seem to pull their heads out. I understand that its a busy spot. I do. However, almost every single time we go there, there is a return trip required. This time they had to have given us someone else's order. Four Dollar Menu breakfast sandwiches. But, hey! Im sure that the people that received our order were dancing in the streets. They received a $20.00 order for $4.00 and some change. What a steal!! And as usual, there was NO KETCHUP!! The employees act like it comes out of their paycheck. I guess we should be happy though. At least this time they were nice enough to give us napkins!!!!! UPDATE: My daughter took the completely wrong order back to McDonald's to have them correct their mistake. Employees are rude and don't pay much attention to their customers. Service is slow, I gave 1 extra star for 2 total because their food was prepaired nice after I got it finally instead of the ketchep all over the packaging. They have a playground that's empty. Don't ever eat here they have a massive bug and fly problem.....their was a fly in my frappe that I noticed when I took the last drink when the fly went up to my straw and into my mouth it's was extremely disgusting and all they did was offer me another frappe and an insincere apology....why would I want another drink from the same tainted batch of frappe!!! It's about time someone fired the Boss/manager with the long blond hair. I order a artisan chicken sandwich from door dash and got a spicy chicken. So I drove there and politely talked to the worker, she was in the back. He asked for my receipt and I showed him the Doordash receipt on my phone. They said they were no longer serving chicken at the time so I asked if I could substitute it with a McDouble they said yes. Then she came storming up front while I was waiting and says "what did you need" I said my doordash gave me a spicy chicken and I wanted a artisan one. She immediately back talked to me saying how they don't serve chicken anymore and doordash sucks and that it was "my problem and doordashs problem and that she wasn't going to exchange my food out". Mind you I brought back my entire order with not a single bite taken out of. I said so your telling me we have to call doordash? She has the nerve to say we're not calling doordash!! You are!! Well the employee comes out and hands me the sandwich that We had already spoke about and she then says well you can't even prove that doordash is from our McDonald's!!!!!! I have visited this establishment several times because I get off work late and they are open. I usually order a sandwich and a drink combo, and have never had a really good drink. Their mixture is always off, which makes the drink taste like cough syrup. Everytime, not just once or twice, I order a drink from here it's terrible!
