Not as bad as the reviews I read! On the day we visited, the curbside pickup spaces was blocked by a huge truck so we had to go through drive thru which was packed. I used the mobile ap so it saved time at the menu board. Once we got moving it didn't take too long, maybe 10 minutes of waiting. Our food was correct and hot, we just didn't have any napkins. This review is in regard to the manager or shift Supervisor, Nick. We've been in here several times, and he has belittled his employees and called them stupid and cursed at them. I have seen him multiple times harass customers when they have received the wrong order. Example a lady asked for no onions on her hamburger and she received onions on her burger and he yelled at her that she would need to pay for a new burger. When I've gone into ask a simple question about an item he harshly answers in a very mean and nasty tone. All the other employees are very nice and very helpful and they work really hard. I'm not sure who was in charge of making Nick a supervisor, but this is very poor choice and not good for your business. The harassment and abuse that he puts upon the employees is absolutely horrifying. read more

This is after I sat in the drive thru waiting to order as four cars were serviced in the other lane. They have tons of people in the back standing around and they can't get two double cheeseburgers out on time. Waste of time and money. I must say that I've been disappointed by McDonald's breakfast menu as of late. It seems overpriced and the menu options are limited. There's also no semi-healthful options on there anymore. I know. You're at McDonald's. Don't expect healthful. I know there used to be at least one McMuffin that didn't start at 450 kcals. All hope being lost, I got some fries on one visit. They were the McDonald's standard and tasty as fried potatoes should be. The place is clean and that's good. I was still reminded of why I go to other fast food places instead. Horrible!! Waiting time always outrageous today was 15 min wait. When we got to the window we got a completely wrong order. Not only they didn't give us Sprite but DIET Coke. I ask to replace for regular ( decided not fight over the Sprite that was placed originally into my order). I open the bag to check if other items were accurate and saw instead double cheeseburger a sausage sticker. At that point it was enough for me. They placed wrong sticker on the double cheeseburger wrapping paper! They asked me to open and check!! Seriously!? No wonder their line was all backed up and waiting time was so long.... won't go there ever again and will recommend you as well. This is not the first time. Everyone there is constantly rude ESPECIALLY the manager. I'm lucky if they even see that I put a mobile order in and the very rare times they do have it, it's always wrong. This used to be a good McDonald's but someone else must've taken over and it shows. I've had to pay twice for orders and I've had to pay for stuff that they haven't even given me. Go before 10:30 AM. The only thing saving this McDonald's from a disaster us review, is the a.m. staff. The breakfast crew has their job nailed down to a science and is an absolute pleasure to say Hi to in the morning. They have never gotten my order wrong, never missing a portion of my order or gave methe wrong thing. Fast forward to the rest of the day. Not once has my order ever been correct neither dining in or driving through. We've been going to this McDonald's for a long time and have, in recent years, avoided visiting during the day/evening. After visiting today, I can say nothing has changed and we should probably write off this McDonald's from here on out unless we get in before the morning crew leaves. There was literally nothing right about my order... Nothing. And I was the only person in the drive-through. Not only was my order wrong, but so was my drink. It was only 3/4 full, wrong soda, and it had no ice. I took off the bun and ate the burger I did not order as I had already hit the highway before I realized their mistake. I ended up throwing the drink away because I cannot, with confidence, say that they did not mistakingly give me someone's old, warm drink that was sitting on the counter, be it crew or customer. :/ BOOOOO! I was literally so disappointed and unsatisfied, I got off on Kipling to drive through Chick-fil-A which is where I am kicking myself because I should have just gone to CFA first. read more

Absolutely terrible. At first we didn't even get our food until 25 min after placing the order. I had to go to the counter and saw my order sitting there yet everyone ignoring me. I finally raised my voice to get someone's attention and they snapped at me and gave me ice cold fries and forgot my drink. I had to say "EXCUSE ME" again super loud to get a drink and new fries and the tall balding man was SUPER rude. I also never got hot fries or the sauces I ordered. Worst McDonald's ever. I was here today to get a hot tea because I didn't feel the best and I ordered a large hot tea on the app for drive through pick up. Once I got into the line they said that they don't have any more large cups and if it was okay if I got a medium. I said "as long as I'm not charged for the large" and they said "you will be charged for the large but that's something you will have to go through the app and request a refund for, I can't do that" and said nothing else. So I said "that's fine I'll deal with it". It was frustrating that there was no other option and she was very rude about it. read more

Last time I went to McDonald's I got a quarter pounder, Medium french fries, and a Medium Coke. It was delicious. I went to McDonald's because I wanted to eat. McDonald's quickly became my favorite restaurant. Three things about MC Donald's that are so great are the amazing food, the cool service, and the spectacular atmosphere. The food at MC Donald's is stupendous. McDonald's gives us hamburgers, cheese burgers, big macs, and Mc Flurrys. My favorite food there is the Big Mac. Their food is very juicy. I love the Quarter Pounder. It makes me drool when I see the Big Mac. I also like coca cola. And it is delicious. The ice is very crunchy. I love the Mc flurry too. In all, the food is great. The service is great. They are very kind to people.They clean the tables in front of me so I know that it is clean. They are super nice to me And they always come to work with a smile on their face. Their service is great. This is a place to have dinner and have fun.There is a play place for kids so that they can have fun and eat. There are also tables in the play area. So they have time to eat. This is what i Think about MC DONALD'S. They have a great service. They also have amazing food that I love. I don't typically eat at McDonald's and I would avoid this location anyway. Like the other reviewers state, the service takes forever. Sitting at a drive-thru for 20+ minutes is not the design/nature of said drive-thru. Secondly, the crew working in the evenings don't want to be there at all. I suspect due to poor management. The customer service is non-existent. I apologize I bothered you at your place of employment by ordering an item you provide. Lastly, again, like others have stated, it seems like the food sits under a heat lamp for at least a day. And it's not even made correctly. Not hard to put processed cheese slices on a big mac. The entire experience is 110% butt. This McDonald's is probably one of the worst I've ever tried. Not sure how they get the traffic volume that they do. Every area of this McDonalds is filthy, even post renovation. The bathrooms, the play area, the soda fountains, the dining room--nothing looks like it has been cleaned in days. I expected better since it was recently renovated but it looks just as gross as before. read more

Four times in a row my food has taken at least 15 minutes to get to me curbside. Today I had to deal with what I can only describe as an unbelievably moron when she brought food out, first to the wrong car, then walks to my car only to forget the rest of my order. Even after I told her what she forgot, she still was stupid enough to ask me what I wanted. I get that this type of job doesn't always grab the best and the brightest but at the very least, find someone who actually do the job a monkey can do more competently. This one couldn't even say her own name. These people don't deserve $12 an hour much less $15 when they can't even do their menial job correctly. read more
