Worst McDonalds in the world! If you are traveling through TN and want to stop at a McDonalds, this is not the one to stop at. I just spent 25 minutes going through the drive through. When they didn't get my order right I went into the lobby where I saw them preparing food with their bare hands. Consistently the slowest McDonald's on the planet. No hustle. Lack of caring in their mannerisms towards customers. Staff is constantly turned over. Never the same face. It's like they cannot seem to find a good mix of people to remain employed there, which is funny because there aren't really many employers in the area. I really want these folks to succeed since it's a local business. I am really surprised they have maintained their franchise licensing to be honest. I'm not sure that the staff was even aware that they were talking to us but they answered questions and did manage to present our order, even though it was a bit more complete than just "two medium coffees".. Hands down the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, and I have been to some bad ones. When placing our order the worker was very rude and continued to mess around with other workers when the line had at least 15 people waiting. After placing our order we proceeded to wait 25-30 minutes for our food to arrive. I overheard multiple customers saying that this is also the worst McDonald's they have ever been to. It was dirty and the workers seemed careless about the countless complaints they received. I've never seen lazier workers during a peak time. Staff very nice. Prompt service, which was appreciated. Reason for 1 star review- very dirty. Floor was wet from recent mopping, but smelled strongly of dirty mop water. The floor by the condiment station was wet and still dirty with bits of stuff on the floor. The condiment station itself has spilled ketchup, spilled pop and empty wrappers on it, it wasn't busy while we were there. The women's bathroom in serious need of attention. I met an awesome lady on the window. I think her name was Teresa. Kind, promptly, professional. A great representation of McDonalds. I hope corporate gives her a raise as she deserves 5 stars. This is the most poorly run McDonalds. I have spoken directly with the owner on a couple of occasions. Lots of excuses. Bottom line is not enough people and no management whatsoever. So much for the "McDonald's System". It's funny when I listened to her tell me how she was struggling to pay employees, I pointed out that Chick-Filet locations have three times as many employees at each location and are exponentially more profitable. This is without a doubt the worst McDonald's I have ever visited!! I knew it was sketchy from word of mouth but today they went over and above on the yuck scale. The fries seemed to have been refried several times and were as hard as plastic. The burgers were also ridiculously over cooked. A dog's pig ear would've been easier to chew. My family of 4 stopped here on our way home to Minnesota and we waited 10 mins to order (6 people in front of us), our order was cashed out at 10:49 and it 11:25 and it just came! Bad service. Ordered 20 piece chicken nuggets, common item, and the lady rung it up as a 15 piece McNugget and then a 6 piece mcnugget charging me two extra dollars. Didn't even want to tell her it was wrong because she seemed so confused by her own job. Wish I had those two dollars. read more

I live about 3 miles from here and pass it often.....I try to pass it up everytime. Staff could care less and have pretty blah attitudes. If you go there 30 minutes before close to order a Frappe the machine is "broken" then MAGICALLY the VERY NEXT morning it's functioning.....yeah. This has happened to me 3 times. Who ever is closing doesn't want to clean the machine after close....too bad.
