Dirtiest I ever seen. If you eat here bring something to kill all the damm flies.. OMG so many flies in here We left..

I will never go back to this McDonald's even if I starve. Went through the drive-thru around midnight. As usual they always forget to give us something and being tired and not paying attention we drove off into the parking lot. This time it was napkins. I walked back to the drive through window to ask for napkins. You think they would apologize but instead I received a strange look and they just handed me the napkins without a word. Then I went back to my car and started eating my half cold and half warm hamburger and oh my gosh...found a hair cooked in the hamburger. I didn't even bother taking it back because they would blame me. I threw it away and will never go back. I usually don't eat at McDonalds because of this reason. I will never go to this place again. I went and got a meal through the drive thru when I finished the soda and their was only ice I noticed a black this in my cup, when I opened it there was a already dead bug. I called the manager and she asked what kind of bug and that I had to take it back to them so they can see the bug and possibly give me a new drink. I don't want a new drink I just want the manager and her staff to check the cups before they serve their drinks. Very bad is all I have to say. read more

Worst service ever. I live close to this one and the drive thru takes forever and the food is never hot. Employees never seem happy. The only employee I like is the older lady who often works the drive thru. I heard her say she has been there for like 20 yrs or something. The playplace is nasty and dirty. I hate that you have to plan your visit around the high school traffic as it gets overrun with teens after school who take up seats and mess around in the play area. I have almost hit them a few times as they skateboard in the drive thru lane and jump the curbs. Plus they do not serve the fried apple pies like most of the other ones do now. I hate that I have to drive across town just to get an apple pie when there is a McDonald's less than a mile from my house. read more

Holy smokes it is LOUD in here. No place to escape the noise of the screaming children, the shouting of the employees and their equipment beeping and banging. I was in line and was told by an employee to use the automated screen. When I stepped out of line someone else took my place and got served first. I really, really hate McD. Not my choice to come here. read more

I've had better. I came here for breakfast and the line was long but it moved quickly. The lady taking my order was very friendly, I think her name was Cindy. I ordered one hash brown and an egg mcmuffin. The mcmuffin was squashed and cold and the hash brown was also cold and not very crisp. The food was probably sitting there a while. I don't eat at McDonald's very often and I'd probably try another location before eating at this one. The workers were all friendly though, so extra star for friendliness. read more

I rarely come to McDonalds but i decided to start off my morning with a Mcmuffin. Place wasnt packed so i dont see why our order was wrong. Not to mention many other people were getting their orders wrong as well. On the bright side, sandwhich was good and they brought the food to the table which was nice. read more

Had to drive down to this one because we had horrible service at the McDonalds off Main st and I ave. This one is out of the way but worth the drive. They were polite, fast and didn't charge for a sauce. Where as the other ones want .25 each and will be willing to refund the meal because they don't want to be out the .25. read more

This place is dirtier than most Mickey D's around. Once in awhile I pop in to see how badly they can mess up my order.

At first, when I pulled up to place my order in the drive thru the gal couldn't hear me, so I expected my order to be wrong. But, this older nice lady fixed my order, after pulling to the window. Then, when I pulled on to the second window, the sweet, super nice gentleman double checked my order to make sure it was correct, handed my drinks so politely. Then he handed me my straws, and said that he didn't want them to blow away, that's why he didn't put them on the drink tray. He was such an amazing kid! He just made my night. Again, their fuckin frappe machine doesn't work. Wasted about 15 minutes all because they either have a SHITTY technician who needs training on frappe machines or a jackass manager who doesn't plan right and makes sure everything works! This place sucks donkey balls! read more

I've been going to this McDonalds for years, since it's close to home. The employees are nice, but the orange juice machine is broken nearly 99.9% of the time, and they always mess up my order. Yesterday, the orange juice was down again , the cashier at the window didn't give me a receipt and when I got home, we were missing 2 hash browns. I called the store, no answer. The phone rang and rang...and rang. I've complained on this location before, but never got a response. I tried again yesterday, I'm sure nothing will happen again. read more

If you want an iced mocha or coffee go somewhere else. Seems like when I go they are always cleaning their machines at 730 am! Yeah.. like who would want coffee in the morning they have also done the same in the afternoon with ice cream. Customers deserve better service. I've had so any issues with this restaurant ever since the redesign. Today's experience was the worst one. I placed my order at 3:50 pm (2 sausage egg mcgriddles, 2 hash browns and a filet of fish). I paid and was told to park is space 3. Well, someone else was already sitting there and all the other spots were full, so I waited. A person left spot 2, so I parked there. First girls comes out at 4:05 with a different order, tells me my order is still being made. Another girls comes out at 4:16 and asked what my order was. Evidently, she had already given out the order to someone else. She returns with 2 sausage egg mcmuffins, 1 hashbrown, a filet of fish and a free large fries and holiday pie. I paid 17 dollars to wait 32 minutes and not even get what I ordered, but I was so defeated and hungry I didn't care at this point. I'm so done with this McDonalds. read more

I've been here a couple times since I've moved out here from Colorado and it's probably the worst service I've ever had, asked for a hot n spicy instead of them telling me they don't serve that in this state they charged me a ' McChicken ' and refused a refund. read more

I've been to this McDonald's 3 times in which they everyone messed up my order! They dont even deserve that 1 star! Today 7/2/17 I came with my husband to get breakfast. We ordered a lot but we wanted 6 hasbrows, a parfait, and 2 bacon egg cheese biscuit. When we received our food we only got 1 hashbrown, no parfait, and no egg with CLEARLY a bacon EGG & cheese biscuit. We had to pay for the extra hasbrows. Didn't get our parfait and they put the egg in the biscuits. They told my husband nothing when they returned the order. He said "No sorry or thank you?" Their response they are really busy. Prior to this visit I got my son a happy meal, we wanted nuggets. When I came home to give him his nuggets I open the box and their was 2 sausage patties!! WHAT?! How do you get that wrong. I was so upset. My son loves his nuggets. This McDonald's either forgets, does something unexpected, or either don't care but it isn't fair when they make as much money as they do. NO the employees are not worth $15hr!! & Please get someone who can CORRECTLY get your order right on the Mic!! read more

I went though the drive through and order a frappe and a sweet tea. The frappe was alright but the sweet tea was disgusting. It was way to sweet and it was slimy. I work in a restaurant and I know then when a tea is slimy it's bad . When I drank this tea I felt nothing but slimy. I thought it was me but my girlfriend tried it and she always get them and she spit it out. Really upset with this !! read more
