After a long time, we paid a visit to this McDonald's branch. Three years ago, we were very happy here, but today I have to advise against visiting the branch.
Ordering at the terminal is not a problem, but many things are not available. Unfortunately, we already know that the ice cream machine is broken.
We were there with six people and despite the limited selection, everyone found something. Finding a seat was more difficult. Every table was dirty or not cleared. There were leftover food all over the floor. In this case, we decided to sit outside. Unfortunately, it was much worse here. No table was clean, garbage and leftover food everywhere. Garbage in the flower boxes. To top it all off, a guy who had obviously not ordered anything, but was loudly alternating between the outside and inside areas and consuming intoxicating substances right next to us at the table. When one of our people had to use the toilet, he came back without being able to relieve himself. Everything was dirty and there was no toilet paper available. Sorry, McDonald's. This branch urgently needs to be checked. This is not acceptable in any way.
A quick word about the food. It was cold when we got it at the counter, which was not surprising because we could see it being filled and most of the hot food had already been on the tray for over 5 minutes before the drinks had all been gathered together and we could take it. read more
