Food came and I was told repeatedly (probably 5 times) that the milkshake was on the way. Waited close to an hour for a single milkshake. I finished my food and waited another 15 minutes for my milkshake while still being told it was on its way. I finally went up for a refund and as I was standing there she decided to finally make the milkshake. Then proceeded to take it out to the people that were now sat where I had been sitting. They obviously said "we didn't order that" and her response was "Well do you want to buy it for $10?". I will never be going back and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Prices are reasonable for salads and meals, the burgers seem a bit on the expensive side but no one in my group ordered one so they may be well worth it. I decided to order the Boston cheese and saw an ad for their app which I downloaded to get free chips (fries). The food came out relatively fast and was a lot better than I expected. Their sauce is similar to a thousand island, which is so hard to find here in Australia! The customer service was fantastic. There was only two workers and several diners but they kept checking up on everyone and making sure everything was good. Would definitely return! So glad that this is a chain burger shop. Will be visiting their other locations in the future.
