Waited 20 minutes from order time before I finallty went in( along with another car next to me also waiting) only to find they had neither of our orders even being prepared. I took my boys there yesterday around 3pm to eat and play in the play place. A half an hour later, a herd of unsupervised children that my son was playing with thought it was hilarious to wipe poop on my son's back. POOP! Once my son showed me what happened, I immediately demanded to speak with the kids' parents; however, the 6-8 year old children let me know that they walked across the street by themselves to play. I immediately went to the front to speak to the manager about the feces that was being flung around in the play area, but the manager just simply said "Ok" and walked with me to show them the poo culprits. There wasn't a sense of urgency and I didn't get the typical customer service response of, "I am so sorry this happened, I will take care of this immediately" that you would expect from a manager hearing about poop in their restaurant. I turned to address my kids and gather my things to leave, and the manager was no longer there. I did not stick around long to see how the situation was fully handled, but I feel like the manager did not respond appropriately. At the very least, the play place should have been evacuated immediately for cleaning. This is a 24hr McDonald's and I stopped by around 3am to grab a meal through the drive through. First thing the worker tells me over the intercom was that it was only cash only right now. I thought that was weird but I actually had cash on me so I started to order. I asked for a shake but was told that the ice cream machine was off which I've typically seen late at night at fast food places so that limitation didn't faze me. Then I tried to order fries and was told that they had no fries! Surprised, I asked what menu items they are actually making and was told just burgers and breakfast sandwiches but no combo meals due to "no fries." After that, I couldn't believe it and didn't order anything. I drove away to another McDonald's on Olive Ave in Peoria which had fries and better service. Overall, poor service and never heard of a McDonald's that didn't have fries and was cash only. If you are going to be a 24 hour place, don't half ass it. read more

This has been the Mcdonald's I primarily have gone to since I was a kid because it's .5 miles away from my house. As the years go on it has become less and less favorable because the employees mess up my order more often than getting it right. One of the absolute worst McDonald's in Arizona. Ordered a Door dash last night, order (1638) for reference. Once again my sauce was forgotten. So I do not understand the point of ordering sauce on the app if you're not going to put it in the bag. My door dash driver had received such bad service that he felt the need to express that to me when arriving at my apartment. This isn't the first time. And any other time I have personally come through (usually late night) the staff is so disrespectful and lazy. I called in after my doordash arrived and the late night manager refused to give me his name. And the way he answered the phone, you could tell he was high or he just really did not care about his job. Extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Telling me to come get the sauce. There's a reason intoxicated people use food delivery apps late night, so they do not have to drive. Especially not for sauce that has already been paid for and supposed to be in the bag. The most disappointing experiences I have ever had in the fast food industry come from this McDonald's. So well done. I've been to this location twice. The cashiers are friendly, but both times I've had issues with my order. First time she couldn't seem to figure it out. Second time the order was wrong even though I confirmed a three times. I hate the video games in the play area. Besides being old, I really don't take my kid out in order for them to play video games. I'd rather they climb and play on the equipment. This McDonalds is super close to our house, so we sometimes go here to get a quick bite to eat. I will tell you that this is one of the worst McDonalds in the valley. Terrible customer service, all the employees act like you're inconveniencing them. Second if you ask for something as simple as extra onions or mustard the kitchen staff ALWAYS messes it up. One of our favorites from McDonalds it the two cheeseburger meal, extra mustard. Every time, and I mean every time, we get no mustard and extra katsup. We have talked with managers and there is never a change. Today though I've just simply had enough. I ordered my food and asked for extra onions, get home grab my food, it had the special order ticket on it. Open it up, NO ONIONS at all!!!!! I'm mean these people have it on a screen, and they have to attach it to the food!!!! How do you get this wrong? I called and spoke to a manager and explains all the issues we have at this place. I made a snarky comment that maybe her cooks don't read too well, and she agreed with me!!! Like that's a good excuse! Absolutely the slowest MCD's I have ever been to. No matter what time of the day you go the service is so slow that its almost never worth the wait. The staff taking money or giving food is to short to work the window so not once but twice and dropped my drink or card. I am short also so has nothing to do with this.
