Don't order through the app because it's never ready when you get there. If you go to the drive through they make you park in a little space for a pick up and if you do curb side they lose your order. Very inconvenient when it's supposed to be the opposite. read more

If there was a way to give this location a zero then I definitely would give them a zero. I've been here a few times and they're always messing up the orders. Today I witnessed them arguing with a firefighter because he had cash and wanted to order with a cashier instead of the kiosk that doesn't take cash. Then you can hear them go to the back and start talking and laughing about the customer in Spanish to the point where the store manager had to call them out on their behavior. Not sure why the rating is so low on this McDonald's? It's easily one of the best McDonald's locations in the area. The food is always good , although sometimes the fries are old. They never mess up my order and I know Im getting what I pay for. That's what's great about this place is the consistency and they have a good staff aside from the occasional Bonehead working the graveyard shift. I placed an order thru the app as I sometimes do. Once I got there I chose to go thru the drive thru. I gave the person my code they said to pull up to the first window. Once I go there the teenager there asked me for payment, which I was confused, I said I paid thru the app, she rudely said it didn't go thru. She wasn't really helpful. I told her I'll pull into the parking lot and figure it out. Once I did I went inside the establishment not the best customer service. Also they have a time limit for Wi-Fi use which I have never seen at any other McDonalds. When repeating back my order I usually have to ask them to repeat it once or twice because they run through the spiel so fast I cannot understand them. Came in, greeted by a worker opening the door for me. Star for her. Greeted by young cashier. Ordered a coffee, small drink and fries. Got the order quickly, almost too quickly. I mean, they have stuff waiting, mostly.. but right after I order... Must not be too fresh. Sat down. Pulled out a fry. Cold. Alright, it was the one on the top, I'll give it the benefit of a doubt. Dumped out the whole tray. COLD. Not like an 'old cold'. Like a 'didn't leave it in the fryer long enough' cold. Went to the front, told him how I don't mean to be rude and explained to him about the condition of my fries. He apologized and gave me a new order of fries. Cool. After waiting at the front for him to return with the new fries, I can feel the attitude in the air. You know, that stereotypical attitude of the workers after 'complaining' about your food.. like it's taken personally. A little irritating to a paying customer. This is my local McD's and I've lived here over 20 years. It's exchanged hands a few times. The current owners have dragged down the quality considerably. I don't like sugary drinks and I don't consume caffeinated beverages. So I used to be able to get Vitamin Water. That was the first to go. I also liked the egg white option on my breakfast sandwiches. I just think it tastes better. Also gone soon after they took over. The most recent jettisoned quality was leaf lettuce. That nasty shredded lettuce they use has no flavor and no nutritional value. They also get my order wrong frequently. It's so shockingly gross to get sweet tea or to get bacon on my quarter pounder especially when you're expecting something different. Yuk! That bacon tastes awful. So yeah. Don't expect good quality. I can say good quality is possible at McDonalds. The previous owner was able to do it. The current owner couldn't care less. read more

I just stood outside for 25 minutes trying to order my breakfast. I don't have a car so I can't do drive thru or curbside. I tried standing in a spot, and the employees wouldn't acknowledge me. I tried downloading their stupid app but their WiFi kept kicking me off. When I finally got it to work, my order was rejected because by then it was 10:29. So just so you know, you have to have a car to eat here or you have to order delivery. Poor people not welcome. All I wanted was breakfast. Thanks for making me feel less than human though. read more
