Not sure why the rating is so low on this McDonald's? It's easily one of the best McDonald's locations in the area. The food is always good , although sometimes the fries are old. They never mess up my order and I know Im getting what I pay for. That's what's great about this place is the consistency and they have a good staff aside from the occasional Bonehead working the graveyard shift. This is my local McD's and I've lived here over 20 years. It's exchanged hands a few times. The current owners have dragged down the quality considerably. I don't like sugary drinks and I don't consume caffeinated beverages. So I used to be able to get Vitamin Water. That was the first to go. I also liked the egg white option on my breakfast sandwiches. I just think it tastes better. Also gone soon after they took over. The most recent jettisoned quality was leaf lettuce. That nasty shredded lettuce they use has no flavor and no nutritional value. They also get my order wrong frequently. It's so shockingly gross to get sweet tea or to get bacon on my quarter pounder especially when you're expecting something different. Yuk! That bacon tastes awful. So yeah. Don't expect good quality. I just stood outside for 25 minutes trying to order my breakfast. I don't have a car so I can't do drive thru or curbside. I tried standing in a spot, and the employees wouldn't acknowledge me. I tried downloading their stupid app but their WiFi kept kicking me off. When I finally got it to work, my order was rejected because by then it was 10:29.
