Standard McDonald fare. Courteous staff. Quick service. Very clean. Not many inside seats, but enough to accommodate our group.

Tonight ...against my better judgement I went to my local Mc D's because I just love playing "Who's order is it anyways?" The drive thru line was way to long so I went inside. And as always I was not surprised to find No Bacon on my (not 1 but All 4) Bacon Buffalo Ranch Mc Chicken's I also missing a large fry and just like everyone else I looked at my receipt and sure enough there was my correct order neatly organized in such a way that makes me feel like Ashton kutcher is going to run up behind me cause there is no way I'm not getting "Punked" everytime I come here! The cashier Jessica is the only reason I would EVER consider coming back to THIS establishment again! FIND another McDonald's to drive to. This one is horrible and hard to even get to it. Gentleman taking the order was the only bright spot. I went through the drive thru and I was hungry. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese. The bread was old and the meat was dry! Nothing like eating a burger with shitty bread. I usually love McDonald's fries but the ones I got were cold and they looked like they were cooked in old oil. Very friendly and attentive on the inside. I overheard the manager,I assume, training his staff. Very positive attitude. The short haired woman was very pleasant as well. My issue is they didn't remove the cheese from my sandwiches, even though, I repeated myself to the girl at the counter. Unfortunately, I was already back on the road and out of the area by the time I realized my patties were smeared with that plastic like American cheese. I tried to take the bun with the cheeses off and just eat the good side but, apparently, that ain't the remedy. The oily essence of the cheese was there every bite. I ate half my order and called it quits. I'm not a regular at McDonalds but I, still, expect to have what I asked/paid for in my bag. I called the store to let them know they dropped the ball. I get the well spoken manager tell me he remembers my order, the order wasn't entered with no cheese and that this will be a learning lesson for his staff. Newsflash! A learning lesson for his customer, as well. I wasn't given an opportunity to bring my shite cheese sandwiches back in for the correct swap and I wasn't going to insist. The ten dollar mistake was a one time lesson for me and I'm not going to force someone to correct their mistake and risk the "grumpy customer special ingredient." Great facade of good customer service until the customer needs to be served. Then it's a politely spoken "F@ck Off" when they, so easily, could have made it right. You dropped the ball MacDeezNuts and the pleasantries didn't satiate my hungry belly and/or cheesy greased palate. You got the second star because I did like to see a fast food manager encouraging and building a productive team. This could have easily been a four or more star review, but the way you handled your co worker's mistake was seriously poor problem solving. read more

There were only 2 cars in the drive-thru but it took almost 10 minutes to get those cars out. They needed to have them pull into the reserved drive-thru parking and bring their order out to them. I ordered a large coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugar, I received a black coffee even as he repeated my order to me as he gave me my coffee!! How hard is it to put cream and sugar in a coffee? read more

I am disgusted. Both with the food and customer service. I ordered a kids meal cheese burger (PLAIN) * 2 kids meal chicken nuggets* and a number two just the burgers (PLAIN) I spent 20.00 to get home and my kids cheese burgers to have no meat and EVERYTHING on them. I drove all the way back to be told the can't refund me because it's McDonalds policy that we had to bring the food. Like I have pictures of bread with ketchup onion and pickle. So I left with nothing and paid them 20.00 to fetch no food and no refund and had to take my kids some where else to eat and spend another 20.00 for food. I'm outraged and pissed off at the level of unprofessionalism, rudeness and lack of customer service from this establishment. I've been coming here since I was a kid and never had a problem. I will NEVER EVER spend money here again. What can you expect from McDonalds now a days I guess. Sad that places don't care about their customers no more. I will tell EVERYONE I know not to go there. I would give this mc Donald's zero stars if that was an option. Every time I come here drive through or inside minimum 20 minute wait. When did fast food start taking 20 minutes? The iced coffee is never consistent and please train the person at the drive thru window how to prepare the iced coffee before allowing them to work at the window. Might cut down on the wait times. Also teach staff what a medium iced coffee size is. I pay for a medium every time but depending on who's working the cup size changes. Then when I let the staff member know it's the wrong cup size they pretend they can't hear me or walk away or tell me I am wrong. I guess me and all the rest of mc Donald's are wrong. Another suggestions: do a better job picking shift leaders. It makes a HUGE differences. Today's shift leader needs to be trained or retrained because I always have the longest wait times and inconsistency when she is working. read more

Horrible morning shift crew! Vanafel is very unprofessional! She can't help but to give me the wrong order every time that I've ever visited this location in the morning. She never apoligizes for her mistakes or greets me when I visit. Morning shift could really learn from your evening shift. Like others, I would give this McDonald's ZERO stars if I could. I have visited this McDonalds location on Beck Avenue in Fairfield, California a few times over the years, but will not do so again. In my opinion, this location is extremely poorly run and does not provide the customer service I would have expected of a McDonalds. McDonalds commercials seem to me to be welcoming of customers being able to choose what they would like or not like on their food, but that did not happen for me this morning. When I complained to a person that appeared to me to be the manager, I felt that he could not have cared less. Then, I decided that I should contact the corporate office to let them know what had occurred and, in asking for the "800" number for McDonalds, the employee did not provide it for me. My low rating is not because the food wasnt good (because it was) or even because they forgot my fries. My poor rating was because of the manager on staff when we came in (January 1st 2016 around noon). We went through the drive thru and I parked so I could hand my son his happy meal. I looked in my bag and the fries that came with my husband and my meals were not there. Rather than going through the drive thru again I just got out and ran inside. I wasn't angry. It was a simple mistake. It happens. The manager saw me coming in and got a look on her face like "oh no". I just said "hey you guys forgot my fries. Can I get those?" She said of course and apologized. Here is where my visit went downhill fast. The manager took the woman in the back area who prepared our food and I heard her yelling at the woman "how f***ing stupid are you? How f***ing hard is it to remember fries" they then came back around the corner and the manager sat over the woman's shoulder saying come on hurry it up.
