When I was here three months ago I placed an order for a double bacon cheeseburger, fries and a diet coke. What I got was a regular single cheeseburger, fries and a regular coke. When I visited last evening, 7/2, I ordered a regular, single, bacon cheeseburger, cheese curds and a diet coke. I had to place the order three times before the order taker got it correct on the order screen. I actually received a bacon-cheeseburger DELUXE, cheese curds and a diet coke. No I didn't ask for a new, corrected order either time because I was in a hurry and didn't want to wait any longer than I already had. No other Culver's has ever filled an order incorrectly in the eight years I've lived in Wisconsin. Only the Rhinelander location! Is it improper training? Individual incompetence? A bad speaker connection? A hodag in the machine?? As always the food quality is good but the order accuracy is incredibly inadequate.

Anyway, we received 3 napkins, no ketchup (we ordered fries), no straws, and 2 each of Arby's & horsey sauce. 2 each for 8 sandwiches. When my niece asked for more sauces and ketchup, Keith told her NO! The manager had to intervene (we never did get any ketchup). When she returned to the car, we realized we had no straws. She went back inside and Keith said "I can't give you just straws." She had walked out of the Arby's 3 minutes earlier with 2 large drinks. He finally threw 4 straws at her in disgust. Keith should not be working with customers. I understand condiments and peripheral items are a cost to Arby's, but you need to be reasonable when someone orders 8 sandwhiches.
