Dining area was dirty! I waited 5 mins for an employee to come out of the back to ask for a wipe down on the dining table. I believe the customer service is poor due to having to manual input into the kiosk machine. There is nobody out front welcoming customer anymore! Workers don't give a toot because they're receiving minimum wages- and people advocate for raising minimum wage, what a joke! I entered the drive through around 7:40 pm, presumably before the 8:00 pm closing time. There were about 3 to 4 cars ahead of me. Mind you, all I wanted was an iced coffee. Employees proceeded to take over 20 minutes to fulfill the orders in front of me, and when I reach the intercom, the worker informs me that the establishment is closed- no more orders. He then disappears from the microphone, not responding to any of my questions about why the drive thru wasn't closed sooner if they fully intended to not serve all the cars in the drive thru before 8:00 pm. I then had to wait ANOTHER 15 minutes for the cars ahead of that were able to place their orders to receive their food. Absolutely pathetic and abysmal customer service, but because it's McDonald's, I have no choice but to sit in line for 40 minutes and there is nothing that I can do but write this futile review. Boycott this useless corporation; it's expensive, the food is horrible, and the employees are pitiful. read more

If the employees are making $15 an hour STARTING. The least they could do is have a little pride in what they throw out. I don't order a coke with light ice to have an empty cup, I order it cuz I want a little ice and a ton of coke. If your automated machine can only be programmed to adjust the requested ice and not actually fill the cups properly, it's pointless and the over paid employees should go back to manually filling the cups. I'd also appreciate the burger actually being assembled neatly so it's stacked properly and then wrapped nicely so it stays warm on the drive home. read more

Yuck. I've avoided McDonald's in general for years because of the junk ingredients they use and the poor quality of the food, but occasionally we get a craving for some hash browns so we did the drive through this morning. We hunkered down expecting a long wait in line as usual, but it was pretty quick. We ordered 2 sausage McMuffins with egg, 1 sausage biscuit, and 2 hash browns. $14 seemed a bit steep but ok. We get home and we have 2 McMuffins, another McMuffin wrapped in a sausage biscuit wrapper and 1hash browns. Tried to call the store but it rings and rings but nobody answers. This used to be a great McDonalds until... I'm not too sure what happened. The food is still super tasty to my children. I still enjoy the $2 iced coffees. The food isn't the problem for me, it's the customer service. Always go inside and get your order served to you correctly the first time. The only advice I can offer is when you go through the drive thru... ALWAYS check to make sure you get everything you ordered!! It never fails, they forget to add the apple juice box or they leave out the nuggets. If they fail to provide all that you ordered, it will be harder to go park the car, grab the kids, take the bags out, and go back into the McDonald's, only for you to get back in another line, and have to argue about what you didn't get in the drive through. Called Uber and all they could do was reimburse for the two items and suggest calling the location for a replacement of the two items. Went at 8:30 PM on Sunday 11/19/23. Interior dining room was filthy, and no employees cleaned during the 30 minutes I was there. Cashier had no coins to make change, had to wait for him to get change from manager. Fountain was out of Diet Coke syrup, told manager and cashier, 30 minutes later it was still out. After 10 minutes wait ( not "fast food"!!!), I asked about my order, was told they were cooking fries. Burgers were already bagged, had to wait for 5 minutes more for fries. Burgers were cold.
