I asked my DoorDash driver to confirm that everything was in the order. She told me she asked twice and the employee said everything was there, but my order still arrived incomplete again. This happens almost every time I order from this location. I've tried to give this McDonald's multiple chances, but the food quality has also been getting worse. If I could rate a -10 I would . Unprofessional asf . Told me I had to cancel my order because they shut their ice cream machine down already. Ok cool not a problem. Went in my app to try to do it and even told the lady at the window that I wasn't able to cancel it. She left and was gone for a min. When she came back she acted like she didn't know why I was still sitting there . She went and told the manager I'm guess and she still didnt know what to do. Don't ever try to order a milkshake here!! They will take your order, charge you for it, then tell you the ice cream machine "isn't working" once you get to the second window (after waiting 20 minutes in line). Only compensation they offered is a soft drink/slushee. THEFT is what it is! read more

This location is precisely why other fast food restaurants have popped up in the area. Compelled to write this review, I do see 1.5 Star rating and completely agree. My three basics -1. Courteous 2. Quick 3. Correct were all negative 10's on a rating scale of 1-10. Seriously, close the business for the morning, day or week if everyone has such disdain for their job and having to deal with a customer. 1. After someone finally was off their break in the back, I was frowned upon for placing and order. I mean what a hassle! The nerve of someone ordering food at McDonalds. 2. Simple biscuit meal ended after a 10 minute wait, with an odd flat piece of chicken at room temperature and a barely warm biscuit. Thankfully the hashbrown had been sitting under the heat lamp my entire wait visit so it was a reasonable temperature. 3. It was disheartening to see someone accidentally drop a drive-thru meal on the floor, but it is horrible to think that same person picked it up with their hands and continued on with their food prep duties without putting on gloves or washing their hands. Sadly I had somewhere to go, otherwise I would have asked for a refund. No point in sending it in to their regional since I don't have proof of this regrettable visit with a receipt. read more

Every time I go, the fries are always hot & fresh. Went around 1030pm on July 4th & the guy at the window said that all the kids never showed up for work. This man was running the ENTIRE mcdonald's by himself & he was doing a hell of a job. I almost always go thru the drive thru. Most of the time they are professional, fast and efficient and the food is good. Every now and then I have issues with the food or service. I guess 8 out of 10 isn't too bad. My suggestion is to complete the survey on your receipt, they give you a "buy one get one free" offer for egg Mc muffin or big mac, and also if you've reported something that wasn't right they will often send you a coupon. read more

The 2 brothers that own the management company that run this location, to whom I indend on speaking with. Needs to fire everyone that works the over night shift. They apparently dont won't to work. I didn't want to believe that that this McDonald's was bad, but it is! I don't do fast food, I only wanted a M&M Mcflurry, but what I got was Oreo. Lol even the receipt said M&M not Oreo. I just left this McDonalds, we have 4 kids and live near this one. I have been there about 6 times now and they have "never" made my order correctly. From missing sauces (that were charged) to just flat out making the order wrong. With four kids and only one adult it is difficult to check through the order every time. Today the order was for happy meals (one cheeseburger and one nuggets) both with yogurts, and a number 3. Ketchups requested for the fries and ranch for the nuggets along with three additional ranch and three honey mustards. We get home and find "NO" sauce whatsoever, one happy meal had apples instead of yogurt, and no happy meal toys. I strongly recommend making the extra drive to the one on 64 or going across the street to Taco Bell. read more

This has to be the worst McDonalds, or any other fast food establishment in the Memphis area. It all leads to the level of customer service and attitude from the on-site managers on down. They are rude, and act as if patrons owe them their business. I "boycotted" them for several years for a customer issue. I though that after several years, the management would be different. It is different. It is worse. They over charge on orders. The food is stale. The biscuits are hard as hockey pucks. They push food out he window with no eye contact or acknowledgement of a customer. This service level is not COVID driven. It is the management and franchisee owners issue. In the the past, I wrote the regional and corporate office over the unprofessional nature of the entire team. I can not really blame the young workers when the poor leaders are the ones training them in customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE. Pretty sure this is the worst McDonalds ever. Ronald's face even has a pissed off look at this Mcd's. Ray Kroc wouldn't even be able to smile here. Pretty sure 9/10 times my order is screwed up. They get pissed if you ask for to much. Never say thanks. Tea is usually old and nasty. The dang screen in the outer drive thru lane doesn't even work right. It shows what the inside lane had ordered and what makes it worse is that they know about and basically just said screw it. Guess it cost to much to fix it or something. Was so excited when this place was being built cause we live so close and it was the first drive thru fast food in this area. Yeah so much for that. Pretty sure you can still get a burger that was cooked at the grand opening. Which was in prob 2008 or so. I HATE this place. Really. I'll go out of my way to avoid it.
