Very friendly today but in the name of all things holy STOP PULLING THE FRIES EARLY!!!!! In case you were unaware but the fries, for which you are famous, suck when then are half cooked. If the fries could be cooked in less time the corporate offices would do it, they haven't. EVERYONE would gladly wait an extra minute for good fries. read more

ordered using the app which gives you the option of choosing the no buckets. Sign at drive through showing Available. after you pay snd have yo ask, they say it's not there fault the truck from Chicago didn't deliver. So put a sign at your drive thru so customers don't come specifically to your location for what you don't have that is clearly advertised. also, did not provide paper receipt. read more

I asked my DoorDash driver to confirm that everything was in the order. She told me she asked twice and the employee said everything was there, but my order still arrived incomplete again. This happens almost every time I order from this location. I've tried to give this McDonald's multiple chances, but the food quality has also been getting worse. The bag was sealed, so I know it wasn't the driver's fault. Unfortunately, this has become a consistent problem and this will probably be the last time I order from this location. read more

If I could rate a -10 I would . Unprofessional asf . Told me I had to cancel my order because they shut their ice cream machine down already. Ok cool not a problem. Went in my app to try to do it and even told the lady at the window that I wasn't able to cancel it. She left and was gone for a min. When she came back she acted like she didn't know why I was still sitting there . She went and told the manager I'm guess and she still didnt know what to do. I was still charged for it!!!! read more

Don't ever try to order a milkshake here!! They will take your order, charge you for it, then tell you the ice cream machine "isn't working" once you get to the second window (after waiting 20 minutes in line). Only compensation they offered is a soft drink/slushee. THEFT is what it is! read more

Horrible service. They took around 15 minutes to just take my order. It was three kids in the back with no adults. People were waiting for their order and they didn't even bother to come. I got a McFlurry and they didn't put the lid on right and it spilled when I took it out bc of the lid. read more

Absolutely worst McDonald's ever. Horrible staff. So rude. Went during opening hours and the staff were in their cars and I couldn't even order. Never coming back ever. read more

This location is precisely why other fast food restaurants have popped up in the area. Compelled to write this review, I do see 1.5 Star rating and completely agree. My three basics -1. Courteous 2. Quick 3. Correct were all negative 10's on a rating scale of 1-10. Seriously, close the business for the morning, day or week if everyone has such disdain for their job and having to deal with a customer. 1. After someone finally was off their break in the back, I was frowned upon for placing and order. I mean what a hassle! The nerve of someone ordering food at McDonalds. 2. Simple biscuit meal ended after a 10 minute wait, with an odd flat piece of chicken at room temperature and a barely warm biscuit. Thankfully the hashbrown had been sitting under the heat lamp my entire wait visit so it was a reasonable temperature. 3. It was disheartening to see someone accidentally drop a drive-thru meal on the floor, but it is horrible to think that same person picked it up with their hands and continued on with their food prep duties without putting on gloves or washing their hands. Sadly I had somewhere to go, otherwise I would have asked for a refund. No point in sending it in to their regional since I don't have proof of this regrettable visit with a receipt. read more

Every time I go, the fries are always hot & fresh. Went around 1030pm on July 4th & the guy at the window said that all the kids never showed up for work. This man was running the ENTIRE mcdonald's by himself & he was doing a hell of a job. Props to Ryan for holding it down & I hope every person who didn't show up gets a write up at the least. read more

I almost always go thru the drive thru. Most of the time they are professional, fast and efficient and the food is good. Every now and then I have issues with the food or service. I guess 8 out of 10 isn't too bad. My suggestion is to complete the survey on your receipt, they give you a "buy one get one free" offer for egg Mc muffin or big mac, and also if you've reported something that wasn't right they will often send you a coupon. read more

Nasty shithole. Not much else you can say except watch your debt card make sure it never leaves your site or they may use it to get their hair, nails did. Use cash when possible. Would not trust a single person to not rip you off or spit in your food. Used to be a nice one not any longer. read more

This Mcdonald's is the worst. I have yet to go there and the fries aren't cold. Today the nugget was refried. the service is always slow, why though. because the food is always cold. I keep trying to give them a chance but they should close the doors. read more

The 2 brothers that own the management company that run this location, to whom I indend on speaking with. Needs to fire everyone that works the over night shift. They apparently dont won't to work. Whether it's hand written signs on the intercom that read "closed ,short handed staff" (3 cars in the parking lot tho) " closed , system down' . Or simply no response at all , and out of sight of the drive thru window. Simply ridiculous. Never have these issue at any of the nearby McDonald's. read more

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered two burritos and ate one to find that it tasted funny. Opened up the second burrito to see that it had mold growing on it. Have fun dealing with the health department because I will be submitting a complaint. read more

If i could give this mcdonalds no stars, i would. Im not even the type to leave reviews, but this is the worst fucking mcdonalds ive ever been to. Whats the point of being able to order your food and get it picked up curbside if you aint gone bring my food out? I understand its busy, but 30 minutes?? I ended up going thru the drive thru just for them to tell me they didnt receive my mobile order. I told them my order in the drive thru and pulled up to the window and got antagonized. They told me i prob ordered at the wrong location on the app, but i clearly didnt. The gay ass manager wanna say he brought my order out but he know his ass was lying cause you just sat up here and said you didn't receive my order so which one is it? They slow and they be LYING. read more

As you'll read from other reviewers this place is terrible. The employees are always short and rude with me...often times they mess the order up, it's honestly my mistake for continuing to give them a chance. After this latest experience, no more chances will be given. Do yourself a favor and hop across the street to Sonic read more

I didn't want to believe that that this McDonald's was bad, but it is! I don't do fast food, I only wanted a M&M Mcflurry, but what I got was Oreo. Lol even the receipt said M&M not Oreo. I also don't get the fact that the guy walked away with my debit card! Usually when I go to McDonald's they usually swipe the card right by the register. I came to this location during the night, so I don't know how the day shift operates. I'm the one that spoke to the guy when I first pulled up, he didn't say A WORD to me. Lol none of my money better be removed from my account because I have a special set of skills, Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. :) read more

This location seriously just needs to be closed down! It's 8:15 AM and the lobby doors are locked! A few wks ago I came through the drive thru at 6AM and the lady comes on the intercom saying, "they are closed because no one came to work." Now mind you I wouldn't even come to this location if my baby didn't ask for a treat before school. Seriously ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate today. read more

This McDonalds is by far the slowest one around and has some very rude staff. Sitting in line at the drive through for 30 minutes just to get breakfast is really unacceptable. Not sure if they just can't find people to work- or if the ones that are working just don't care.... but waiting in line and then getting a "don't give a crap attitude" honestly sucks at 7:00 in the morning. read more

Said sorry just cleaned the grill we don't have burgers, how does McDonald's of all places going to say sorry I can't make 75% of the menu then apparently dude said they have signature sauce but I can have it with nuggets which I'm pretty sure I've gotton it a million times wtf this is literally the worst location ever, every time I've been here staff is rude and it's always something they can't do every freaking time I come to this one read more

No option for negative stars. Came for a drink at 11:30 P.M. and no one answered the drive thru. Passed the window and saw one woman behind the counter standing there. Terrible service beyond anything describable. read more

I just left this McDonalds, we have 4 kids and live near this one. I have been there about 6 times now and they have "never" made my order correctly. From missing sauces (that were charged) to just flat out making the order wrong. With four kids and only one adult it is difficult to check through the order every time. Today the order was for happy meals (one cheeseburger and one nuggets) both with yogurts, and a number 3. Ketchups requested for the fries and ranch for the nuggets along with three additional ranch and three honey mustards. We get home and find "NO" sauce whatsoever, one happy meal had apples instead of yogurt, and no happy meal toys. I strongly recommend making the extra drive to the one on 64 or going across the street to Taco Bell. read more

Horrible service. I came around 2 am and no one wanted to take my order. The workers were use inside talking to each other

This place has always been the worst McDonald's in the city. Very unprofessional staff that don't greet you and allow any and every one to just come and hang out and use profanity in front of the paying customers. Now to the food. I have been living in Cordova for 7 years and I stop by this McDonald's at least twice a month because of the location, and have not once got anything hot from the drive thru. The food is always cold and thrown in my bag like trash. Management should really take a look at this restaurant. read more

The McDonald's here is one of the better ones. I still don't understand how they keep up with two drivethrus but maybe one day I will. I love that the wait is never long like most McDonald's because it's supposed to be fast food. read more

They messed up and gave me chicken nuggets instead of my cheeseburger happy meal. I realized it halfway down the road, turned around, sat in the drive through line again, and didn't even get an apology. When I asked the girl if she was going to even say sorry, she laughed at me and said, My Bad, while never making eye contact with me. Meanwhile, the manager glared at me behind her. You apologize when you make a mistake. Simple as that. Take some pointers from Chick-Fil-A. read more

This has to be the worst McDonalds, or any other fast food establishment in the Memphis area. It all leads to the level of customer service and attitude from the on-site managers on down. They are rude, and act as if patrons owe them their business. I "boycotted" them for several years for a customer issue. I though that after several years, the management would be different. It is different. It is worse. They over charge on orders. The food is stale. The biscuits are hard as hockey pucks. They push food out he window with no eye contact or acknowledgement of a customer. This service level is not COVID driven. It is the management and franchisee owners issue. In the the past, I wrote the regional and corporate office over the unprofessional nature of the entire team. I can not really blame the young workers when the poor leaders are the ones training them in customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE. There are other locations in the area that are much more professional. read more

I stop here each morning at 6:30 am and the service is terrible! Even when nobody is line waits are up to 5 minutes to get a response at the drive thru. Thursday the lady said the drive thru was closed due to lack of employees so I went inside. The lady said she was not trained on the credit card machine and I needed to pay cash. The majority of the time the orders received are wrong. Totally unacceptable. read more

SLOWEST MCDONALDS OF ALL TIME. It's a 24 hour McDonald's, so yeah if you go in late you expect it to take a little while, but I have now been here for 30 minutes and still have not received my order of a shake and McGriddle.. that's so bad.. when I finally received my shake it was melted down and mushed up cherries at the bottom like it had been sitting there the whole time.
