Pathetic store. So they are notorious for filling their fries half way. During the past year they got rid of the fry boxes and use small bags now. With the bags, you get about half of what you would get in a normal filled box. The diff between the large and small is the minimal. Both contain the same amount of fries. They just have a new easier way to rip people off. Here is my medium fries. They changed to the bag (already holds less than a medium box) and now they fill it half-way. What a joke! read more

This is a busy location, and I normally only use drive thru. Usually the employees are pretty nice. However, about half the time they get something in my order wrong, so I'm now in the habit of double checking before I leave. Today was awful, though. This location accepts mobile orders, so I ordered and paid before heading there. At the payment window, they could see my order but the payment didn't go through. I didn't have that card with me so after cars began piling up behind me, I just said I'd park in front and figure it out. I'm sure it was just a technical glitch because I tried it again and got a confirmation email this time. I didn't want to tie up drive thru again, and I had my dog with me so I couldn't carry her and the food out, so I opted for curbside pickup. The app even has you input which stall you're parked in. Okay, cool. 20 minutes go by and I still haven't received my food or seen anyone. I go through drive thru one more time and they let me know my food would be at the pickup window. And it was, though the girl at the window did not say a word or smile as she handed me my food. I get that customer service folks have bad days too and I normally don't think much of it, but it just added to everything. And on top of it all? I got home and they left out the apple pie. I didn't check before I left because I was frustrated and needed to get home. I'm not going back again for the pie, but I am not happy. Edit: I just unwrapped one of the double cheeseburgers and it was just meat and cheese, no spread or toppings. I had requested no onions on both, and they got one right, but not the second. Last night at 7:45 I went in the McDonalds on Clayton Road in Concord. NO ONE else was there in line. I was told I had to order from the kiosk. I'm not against technology. I use ApplePay. I have used the kiosks when the line at the register were long. One employee said he'd help me. I guess because I look old. I said, "If you can help me, why can't you just take my order?" He said that I had to use the kiosk. It takes twice as long to find what I want and customize my order on the kiosk as it would take to tell the person at the register. The manager said the kiosk ordering is all the time now and they have had lots of complaints and lots of people just walking out. I wonder why? The new large is now the old small. Very nice as McDonalds go. It's clean, modern and has a large play structure with multiple levels. There are four touch-screen gaming systems, half of which are occupied right now by adults enjoying the venue. The play area also has vinyl covered instruments for children to climb on that play music when stepped on. I'll be back. read more

I know we came on the graveyard shift but this was terrible all the way around. We come up to the drive thru and some guy is making a fake asian accent. He was super sarcastic and when I pulled around this old white guy acted like nothing happen. This place was so unique. It was like no other. The fries had the crispness of a scrambled buffalo but yet the softness of a stale squirrel. The ice cream machine was broken but they let me fix it. I used my skills as a rocket engineer to make the ice cream liquify all possible enemies. I then had a hamburger that tasted like your normal hamburger with the best lettuce on the side. It was so fresh even though it was frozen before it still had the valuable taste. That to was made into a weapon that I used to cut into ninja stars. Overall would come back to this Taco Bell and get the ham sandwich. It turns out I actually never went to the McDonalds drive thru I was at my house the whole entire time.
