Here is what I sent them, and I have not and will not ever go back: I visited McDonald's #24620 yesterday evening and was disappointed by the overall service experience. Despite being the only customer in the drive-thru, I waited a few minutes before anyone took my order, and the employee on the speaker sounded annoyed that I was there at all. The payment window experience was much better - the staff member was friendly and happily added fries to my order when I asked. Unfortunately, things went downhill at the pickup window. The employee opened the window without any greeting and simply stuck my drink out. When I smiled and asked "how are you today?" I received only a frown and complete silence in return. Her only communication was telling me to "pull up to window 3" while pointing to window 2. Thankfully, the young man who delivered my food at the correct window was friendly and professional. I'm not looking for anything free - just sharing feedback. With so many dining options in the area and service like this, I'm unlikely to return to this location. Side note: I was surprised that medium fries cost $3.50 while double cheeseburgers were under $3.00 each. The pricing seems backward. read more

OMG. The food is nice and hot and YAYAYA!! IM SO HAPPYYY! The cashier told my mom to have a very skibidi day and it was adorable! The drive thru was a tiny bit slow but then it sped up, but what the cashier told us made my entire experience. read more

If I could give this a ZERO I would The food was awful I ordered the spicy deluxe and they gave me a regular crispy that was oozing Mayo I took it back and they slapped some spicy sauce on it and tried to give it back. I don't know of any other words to use besides disgusting, slow, unfriendly, and a disgrace to the city of Clinton. McDonalds has always portrayed itself to be the king of fast food and seems to always be ahead of the game when it comes to things such as kiosk and curbside. While curbside is advertised as a way to skip the line, don't expect that offer to be valid, especially here in Clinton. They absolutely refuse to deliver curbside orders out to the parking lot. The drive thru on the other hand ain't much better. I prefer placing my orders myself so there is no miscommunication or mixup yet these morons never fail to get it wrong. I'd bet you could get more from a 20 pc nugget than the total staffs combined IQ. read more

The first I went there I asked for a chicken sandwich, fries well done, and a sweet tea. I added tomato and lettuce to sandwich. They didn't know how to do fries well done. I had to come inside and the manager fried up 4 different small batches so I could look at them and pick how I wanted them done. I told her I wanted the fries done so they weren't wimpy and under-cooked in the middle. Ten minutes later I finally had fries, but they didn't salt them. The sandwich had an old squished dry bun. Horrible experiences at this location have made me desire to never see a MCD again. Twice today during peak hours they ruined my orders. One time they took my order to another customer and just said sorry. No offer to do anything for my trouble. The second time during lunch I ordered a large fry. I was skeptical since I just had the issue from this morning but I said what the hey...I will try again. Bad mistake. I watched 5 orders go out before I got mine. Only to ask for a refund after waiting for 10 minutes. A manager comes and asks for my order and then tosses it a counter. I say no thanks refund my money please. I've received undercooked food and never complained, had orders take too long during off peak hours but this takes the cake. I'm done with MCD for good. read more

Very slow service usually and my food is Rarely right. I don't even go to that one anymore because of the issues from it. I've seen the employees dancing in the back, on their phones and messing around vs making food when they have 10 cars behind me and about 6 people inside. read more
