When I politely brought it up, the manager admitted that the grease hadn't been replaced and said they had "no choice but to sell it like that." That is absolutely unacceptable -- not only is it terrible customer service, but it's also a health concern. Everyone in Byron Center knows this place is a disaster, but they are having a "customer appreciation" sale this week with $1.50 Egg McMuffins. So I decided to stop by and grab a couple. Of course they ask me to pull into a spot and wait because they are "still cooking" them. I waited 20 minutes and then went inside and ask if they are done yet. The guy working then tells me that they are "out of eggs" and that someone is going to the store to buy more. Look at all the "glowing" reviews this place gets. Just shut it down already. Breakfast was the worst I have ever had. I ordered curbside pickup. It took 12 minutes to get my food and of course it was cold. Big breakfast. Went to get 5 kids lunch during their summer rec lunch break and waited like 10 minutes in the drive thru then when I placed my order I wanted to use the app for a coupon and they told me to pull up to use it and they would prices. When I got to the window to pay the clerk was having issues keying it in and i wanted to make sure my order was correct and the manager Penny comes us and tells me I'm holding up her drive thru line and I need to figure it out.
