This is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. First off going through the drive through who ever took my order was beyond rude. I asked if I can substitute my hash brown for a small fry when I ordered my breakfast meal and instead of proper customer service"let me check on that for you" it was "i don't know". Then coming to the window I had to fully re order all over again because they had my order completely wrong. Then pulling up to the second window to retrieve my food they forgot a few of the things I payed for as well as there was a hair dangling off of my sandwich. Will not be going here again. Just went to get my kids dinner and ordered two med fries both were ice cold. Went back through the drive thru for them to fix it so they put the same fries and reheated them. They were so soggy and gross and the manager was like we made all this fresh how is it cold??? I said did you feel the fries??? Worst customer service from management ever. If I could give this location zero stars that's what it would be. They didn't even care to fix the problem correctly instead acted like I was the problem. WORST MCDONALD'S EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Let me start by first saying I go to this McDonald's often, and at least once a week for the past 6 months because I'm pregnant and always hungry. My fiancé put in a food-order online for me to pick up since I was hungry, he was out of town and I have no money. When I went through the 'drive-thru' to get my order they told me I needed to come inside. I had to wait in the line, then park and go inside just for them to tell me they didn't have my order. I told them the confirmation number AND showed them the screen-shot my fiancé sent me confirming the order WITH the confirmation number showing and the "manager" (Teodora) said that there was nothing she could do because they didn't have the order. I also inquired why the order totaled $9.43, but his account was charged $11.04 and she said that we would have to call the bank about that. I explained to her that not only is it a violation of the EFTA to charge more than has been permitted by the consumer, but I also was trying to make sense of how they had our money, but didn't have our order...?!?!? Throughout this upsetting experience the "manager" (Teodora) was non-empathetic about my issue and was completely unprofessional with her demeanor and disregard for me as she started to service other customers and her staff before resolving my issue. Her patronizing tone of trying to put it back on me like I did something wrong and continually telling me that there was nothing she could do left me unbelievably disheartened and angry. Not once did she say, "I'm sorry," or offer a polite, constructive resolution for both parties, but instead ignored my questions and blew me off like I didn't know what I was talking about. I left McDonald's hungry and crying and on top of everything had to take extra time out of the day to call the bank and have the charge reversed. Went there for a to-go order for work about a month or so ago, so I had a large order... There was a guy named David cleaning the lobby, and he could see I was struggling b/c I had a lot to carry. Sometimes I wish I could spontaneously grow a third arm, but alas, I cannot. He was very prompt in asking if I needed help with my drinks and I was so grateful for his help! I never expect to get immediate and helpful service from the fast-food industry, but I was so impressed that I immediately called corporate to let them know they have an employee that went above and beyond. read more

I'm writing this review while I'm waiting on my order... First I had a large order as I was buying breakfast for my coworkers... I tried to call the order in to expedite my wait... 3 phone calls and nobody answered. So I decided to go inside and not hold up the drive thru. I asked for 14 sausage egg mc muffins and the cashier looked at me like she didn't know what I ordered... Then she told me my total was $50.... The sausage egg mc muffins are their biggest deal and she over charged me $20... It's not super busy but the lack of training from management in this place is horrible. And the attitude from employees here makes me want to drive to a further location. Nobody smiling or anything. Won't be coming here anymore. read more

this McDonald's is one of the busiest ones in the valley. Service & Cleanliness can be 100% spot on... And then they get hit with a zillion kids and/or movie goers. In 30 minutes the place looks like it's gone to hell in a hand basket. So one minute service is just peachy, another and they don't seem to have enough employees.. But there will be lines out of the double laned drive up window and crowds around the counter... As a regular there, they do an admirable job but will always have nay sayers at this and similar locations... of any fast food restaurants. read more

Wow these McDonald's employees really love their McJobs! They all had their McSmiles on and really made me and my friend feel like they really wanted to take our McOrder! The lady that took our payment literally took the money out of my hands, a TRUE McCashier knows that you always hold your hand out to receive payments, not snatch it out of your hands! Ronald McDonald would be rolling in his grave right now if he knew this! Then, I have 20yr old Tim Meadows handing over my order at about 0.0000001 mph with a stare that looks could McKill! I went to the drive thru tonight and not only did they not have the toy advertised(Shopkins-the ONLY reason we went!) but they didn't give me the sauce for the nuggets & the Coke we got was either flat or mixed with another flavor - Yuck!! Got real good food at this location on my last visit, but like most Mcdonalds you'll get great service half the time. The other half, they're getting orders wrong, not wearing name tagS, and have slow delivery. I usually avoid this location though because it deals with high volumes of customers. read more

I went through the drive thru tonight and got a simple order...... A small fry, spicy mcChicken and a caramel iced coffee I get my order make home only to find that there was NO CHICKEN on my McChicken just bread cheese and lettuce. I tried calling three times to see what time they closed and to let them know of the issue but two of the three I got no answer and the other someone picked up and then hung it back up. While the late shift is so busy being loud and having fun at least learn how to do it and do your job as well! read more

Awful! Small gnats were flying all over. The floors were sticky and the tables weren't wiped clean. Gross. Horrible, slow service. One person working the front end and drive through. I asked for a toddler toy with the kids meal and was told to wait. 5 minutes later, she still hadn't even looked for the toy. I go to McDonald's a lot to work on my lap top and use the free wifi. This McDonald's is laptop friendly offering many areas to plug in at. The staff is very friendly and extremely quick with the orders. Nobody bothers the lap top users for being there for awhile, although I haven't been there long during rush times as I don't want to tie up one of their tables. I've watched the head manager conduct interviews and was impressed by his passion and enthusiasm that he still has for working at McDonald's. I have to drive 10 miles out of my way to go to this McDonald's but I have no regrets. No matter the time of day I show up I feel safe, I've not run into any homeless people in the bushes at midnight, the staff hasn't made me uncomfortable and over all at times it sorta feels like being in moms kitchen when the whole family is home and everyone is gathered. read more

McDonalds is so dirty compare to Walmart restroom. Poor management skills and lack of dedicate crews. Everywhere is so dirty and disgusting! Manager was laughing at a crew spillng the salad crouton on the floor. They started to fool around. All counters are dirty even soda fountain station. One fat crew sit and eating not clean the lobby. I had to ask one of crew to clean table for me but she did sloppy job, I had to wipe the table myself. I ordered quarter pounder combo, fries tastes like hash brown obviously they did not change the oil after breakfast. And old lady was looking for clean table then asked one of crew to clean but left table soaked. This poor lady had to clean the able. I watched crew cleaning the table but she pushed all food off the floor that explained why foods are on the floor. Then I did not enjoy my lunch I took them to the trash and found all breakfast tray on the floor how disgusted! I'm going to report this to health dept even I took all pictures. Had the 99 cent Cheeseburger, French Fries and a Coke which I was able to refill at no charge twice at the self-service drink station. Hamburger was exquisitely prepared with the cheese semi-melted, pickles and rehydrated onions complemented by both ketchup and mustard. The burger was melt-in-your-mouth quality and would have been a bargain at three times the price. We will be back for certain! read more

Absolutely the worst McDonalds that I've ever been to in my entire 50+ years of life...and I've been to McD's all over the world. Zero stars if it were possible. Gave this place 3 chances in the last 4 months---unbelievably consistently horrific results. First time---waited NO KIDDING 20 full minutes (after the first 5 I just stayed to see how long it would take!) in the drive thru after the disembodied voice on the speaker said "Be right with you." 20 minutes later, no cars ahead of me in line, and only about 5 in the parking lot, 9pm-ish on a Friday night and still NOTHING. Second time, did the drive thru again just for S's and G's....13 minutes from order to getting bag in my hands, and the order was totally wrong. No one in front of me--how do you do that?! Third time, went inside. Gross filthy tables. Food sloppily assembled. McD's has gone downhill in many many ways over the years, but this place isn't just downhill---it's over the cliff, crashed through a canyon, and come to rest in a heap in a ravine full of trash and brush. Cannot believe--especially with all of the consistently negative reviews that I see this location receiving---that corporate McDs hasn't apparently done anything about the situation.
