My kids love McDonalds & I usually don't complain. However, I feel like McDonalds isn't a drive thru anymore but an order in the drive thru & park wait or as my baby girls said "WaitDonalds". This is the third time now that we've ordered in the drive thru & had to park & wait. Our wait today was 20 minutes long & the order still wasn't correct when they brought us the food. I would give this McDonalds a no star rating if I could. Going through the drive through the girl taking my order could not understand the machine and had to repeat everything we said. We ordered a strawberry shake and it took three people to tell me the strawberry shake part of the machine was down. Anyway long story short, they messed up the entire order and we had to go though the drive through two more times for a total of 3 times before we got our order right. Messed up my ENTIRE order. Didn't get my coffee so at the second window I asked them to add it, charged my card again, asked for no whip TWICE and they came out 20 minutes later with no whip. My kids love this place, but that ain't too hard since it's a McDonald's. The service is much improved since my last review. The food is always pretty much the same. When it is at peak times the crew seem to forget to wipe down tables. I have used many baby wipes to clean off a table so my family could sit down and enjoy a meal at a clean table. But the crew is very polite and helpful and the drive thru is more accurate than in the past. read more

This McDonald's is terrible, not only for lunch, but breakfast too. The first time I ate breakfast there I got 2 sausage egg mcmuffins. They were horrible. The muffin was super hard, and chewy. To the point where it was like leather. The egg was burnt all the way around, and I couldn't take a bite of it without the burnt black chewy stuff making me gag. The sausage was over cooked and had no flavor or juice to it. And the cheese wasn't melted at all. This is the first time in my life I couldn't finish my breakfast there. I love McDonald's breakfast. So I tried to eat their breakfast once more, as maybe they were just having a bad day. It was the same thing. Since I work in town, I decided to stop there for lunch and order the double quarter pounder. I knew their breakfast sucked, but I figured maybe their lunch would be normal. Boy was I wrong. The bread on the burger was stale! I mean to the point of breaking your teeth stale! The patties were overcooked, and there wasn't a spec of grease on it. A little bit of grease it what gives it flavor. It was basically dried jerky. To make matters worse, they only put literally a dab of mustard and ketchup on it. Literally a drop, of ketchup and mustard. So not only was the burger dry and stale, it didn't even have enough mustard and ketchup to make up for the dryness of the meat. At least drowning the burger in ketchup would have made it tolerable. And the fries? Well, they were cold... Imagine that. Even the sweet tea was watered down and tasted like shit. This place really needs and overhaul, and the managers need to be let go. I have never eaten at this worse of McDonalds ever in my life. It was almost traumatizing to be honest. Horrible experience getting a refund. I bought breakfast through the drive through and used my debt card, for some reason it didn't go through, or so I was told. I gave them a credit card which did. I wasn't feeling sure about the debt card so I checked my bank account and sure enough, it did go through and I was charged twice. What follows was one of the worst experiences in customer service in the history of anything. Long story short, I went back at first and asked for a refund, and they told me they didn't have a record of the transaction. Excuse me? I thought we had computers that had records. I showed them my receipt, they said they needed proof that I was charged twice. Since I didn't have a cel phone, I ended up having to disconnect my computer from home and bring it in where the manager took a photo of my online bank account and credit account to prove that I wasn't lying to them. After several hours of humiliation and inconvenience, I FINALLY got a refund to my debt account. This was an absolutely disgraceful and humiliating experience and I will never go back if I can help it and I recommend everyone double check their bank records if they're ever declined. read more

Went with My sister and her BF to this McDonald's drive thru late last night around 12:20 AM and there were two cars in front of us a female employee started taking my sisters boyfriends order he asked for fries and she said "oh we don't have fries" and so he asked for a signature burger and she said "we don't have that either" so he asks oh okay well what do you have right now ? And all he hears is the employees laughing over the headset and then is completely ignored. We then drive to the window after seeing the two cars in front of us receive their food we get to the window and waited .. No one came to the window .. My sisters BF honked the horn to get their attention and they all simply ignored him one employee walked by even made eye contact and walked away ! My sisters BF knocked at the window and they had locked it and were all just sitting around drinking drinks and eating chicken nuggets ignoring the fact that we were there!
