This really should be less than one star. I went through the drive through, paid, took the young man quite awhile to get my change. He folded the change in the dollar bill. Part tossed it at me, part flung it at me causing the change to fall out on the pavement. He then told me it was my fault. I had to get my 9 month pregnant self out to pick up change!!! I then complained to the supervisor. The young man who dropped the change told her I snatched the change! If it had been my mistake, then I would have owned up to it. But this wasn't. This is the filthiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Floors are sticky. Serving areas are messy with spills, garbage, and dropped food. If you happen to get food poisoning after eating here, the bathrooms look like they were trucked in from Suburban Station. They're disgusting and none of the toilet stalls have doors. read more

Tried to go in at 10:20 (sign says lobby closes at 11) to be turned away by a nasty "manager" who said they couldn't open the doors because she wasn't a worker and only one other person was working. Went through the drivethru and every time we said "one second" they yelled "does that complete your order?" No. One god damn second please. Worst place I have ever been to. It would be below zero rating if there was an option. Went to the drive thru at 10pm. No one in line at all. Took 10 minutes to take my order. I could here them talking & giggling cuz she left her microphone on. Took another 10 minutes to get my order which was nuggets & fries. Both of the items were cold. Did not receive a receipt either. With so many bad reviews I would fire every single employee & hire a new staff. There are plenty of people out there looking for employment that would be glad to work. My employees take pride when they come to work. Some of them even go above and beyond. I understand you can't have a staff that is completely into their work. I have been to this location because I work in the area. Your employees are always so unpleasant.  All of your fountain drinks taste like they have been spilled on the floor, wiped up with a mildew towel, and wringed into the cup. ITS SO NASTY. I was recently at McDonalds in Sackville NB. What poor service and a dirty place. Most of the tables were not washed and the few that were cleaned the seats were filthy. All sticky and food plastered all over them. I had a poutine and the french fries, gravy and cheese curds were cold. The people with me who had the combos the hamburgers were cold and the buns were soggy. We asked for Apple pies to go and they were just thrown on the food tray without a bag. The fountain area where you take your own drinks was so dirty you couldn't set your drink container down while filling it. After we left we decided to go back through the Drive tru to get Ice cream for the kids to eat in the car. We ordered two....The person in the drive tru seemed to be busy and distracted and could not answer our questions about the flavors available or whether it was soft ice cream or not....When we drove up to the pay window we say why she was distracted, she had been texting on her phone....She got the order for two small vanilla ice creams wrong...Not a huge order, something so simple as two small vanilla ice cream cones. We paid and went the pick up window...She handed out our cones and walked away...No napkins....I blew the horn to get her attention and she still did not turn around....Finally I just sat there blowing the horn continuously and she came back to the window all in a huff..... I told her some napkins would be good she came back with two napkins and fairly threw them in my car window and walked away.... What rude employees....I have ate at McDonalds before and never had such bad service.... One would think they could find better service people.... I usually go to this McDonalds location before work everyday and have never received service like I did today. I went to this establishment to pickup lunch for my coworkers and myself and the visit was unacceptable. I put my order in, which was a large order, and pulled up to the first window to make my payment. I hear one of the male employees, who wasn't aware that I already pulled up to the window, say to the young man working the window "DAMN, 5 SOUTHWEST SALADS?!?!" while hysterically laughing. Now I understand that ordering 5 Southwest Salads, 2 large fries and a diet coke is a large order but acting with this behavior is not only unprofessional but it reflects poorly on the whole team and even the Mcdonalds brand itself. This type of behavior embarrasses and makes the customer uncomfortable; I can only imagine how many other customers have felt this way and never said anything. I did mention the incident to the young lady at the second window, she was so pleasant and apologized multiple times. I went into this McDonalds yesterday Aug 30th and I was amazed at how long I had to wait to just order a coffee. It was around 4 pm so it wasn't really busy at all. Finally this very nasty woman came to the register with a horrible attitude and took my order. Behind me was an older lady and her husband. I over heard the older lady asked the cashier a question about the menu and the way the lady at the register replied to her got everyone's attention even her co-workers. The older lady was obviously confused and instead of trying to help the lady out the cashier just kept responding to her with the worst attitude I have ever witnessed. Finally one of her co-workers told her to stop talking to the lady like that. I work in customer service and I deal with some nasty people but I would never talk to someone like that cashier talked to that older lady. I will never ever go back to that McDonald's and maybe never even go back to any other McDonald's. Went in to order 3 large coffees because the drive-thru line looked long. 3rd in line. ordered 3 large coffees please. The obviously unhappy, un-motivated counter person took my request and my money and went about her business. the people who were there before me got their orders and my server continued to take orders after me. the three people who ordered AFTER me were served and I waited. I asked if I could get my coffee and was told I'd have to wait. I waited until I it had become too obvious that I was not going to be served. I asked for my money back and was told I would have to wait. The "mangier" was working the drive-thru while on her cell (perhaps accounting for the drive-thru back up?). I finely gave up and just walked out. 2 blocks later, I was pulled over by a Lower merion cop. Apparently they called the cops and told them I was "causing a disturbance". I left without my coffee and $3.18 lighter in the wallet. And to top it all off; I was detained by the police for 20 minutes while they determined I was not a threat. I work near this location. This McDonald's has been atrocious forever. The only reason they stay in business is their location. I try not to come here but had a craving so I let myself do it. I had about 15 mins to order and eat and said to myself if the line inside is long - I'll leave. It wasn't. I was 2nd in line. When I approached the counter the girl there looked straight up at the ceiling - I said can I place an order ? I think she grunted or nodded or something. The look on her face was - why the hell are you here - why am I here. So she took my order and I waited. The order # ahead of me was called so I'm actually thinking I'm gonna make it outta here without an issue. So I'm waiting - and waiting - 10 mins go by so I politely check on my order. I'm sorry - your order was cancelled. LOL. so I got my money back. No I'm sorry or anything. From the top to bottom in that sh#thole you nothing but attitude. Wendy's - right up the street. Hardly ever a problem. ((Food is a lot better too)) I think the owners who own this spot also own the one in Bryn mawr. That one sucks too. Since that day I have never been back and hopefully I won't ever. This isn't something new. There are always issues at this place. Very slow. Even if there's no line. I waited 15 minutes the other day for just four hamburgers. There was nobody else in the store, so no reason for the delay. Then another customer walked in and placed exactly the same order as mine. He was served immediately while I just stood around and watched the staff chum around with each other. They could not have cared less. When I complained to McDonalds HQ I received a formulaic response that assured me that McDonalds greatly values my patronage and that they were looking forward to my next visit. That's all.
