If I could've given this zero stars, I would have, this is quite possibly the worst experience at a McDonald's in years, maybe decades... My mobile order: a hot chocolate, an unsweet iced tea, and a fudge sundae. I arrive, drive thru backed up, so I walk in trying to get my phone to recognize that I'm in the store and can actually place the order. The staffer there asks me if I'm taking photos of them, but I'm trying to get my phone to place the order. It finally does after a few more shakes. Then... a wait. 5-6 min stretches longer... and then the cashier comes over to me with the manager. They say, my hot chocolate - no go. Machine is out for 20min for a cleaning cycle, do I want to wait? Uh - no. Can you refund that or cancel the order? Not able to do that with a mobile order... so... what's my choice? Get a shake, slushie or soda. Not exactly what I was looking for - needed a hot drink for my kid, and none of those were a great choice. Given no refund, though, opted for the cherry slushie, which they gave me... and... nothing else. I waited another 10min and the cashier noticed I was still standing there and asked me... what else? I told him I had an iced tea and sundae. I see the manager helping out and working orders ... my order has been up there a while, and orders of others that came in were already filled ahead of it. Perhaps forgotten? The line of people waiting inside for orders has grown longer, too. The staffer gets the slip from the manager and gives me my fudge sundae and an iced tea that's apparently been waiting by the drive-thru for a while. Then three cups on the counter for my order finally...and no cup holder to carry them out in? I have to ask for one, they don't have any upfront, so another minute or two as they run back to the storage space to get one for me. To add insult to injury - when I get back to the car, the lid on the sundae is leaking all over, so have to clean that up, and the iced tea tastes like coffee. Which is not what I like at all - I've had a lot of unsweet tea at McD's, it's not the best unsweet tea, but it's usually tea. I don't know why there was coffee flavor here, mixed water or something, but... I'm thoroughly disappointed. Zero stars. I contacted the email of the sign with my thoughts, we'll see what they say.

This review combines my recent visits to this particular location. Service: In short: Rude and extremely resentful towards customers. The premises are unclean and do not appear regularly cleaned. Also, The order kiosks cannot print receipts, and have been unable for at least 6 months. The staff members seem to enjoy each other's company but clearly have issues when dealing or with customers. Their dismissive tone, and sometimes outright annoyance or confrontation, make it clear that customers are NOT welcome. I understand that some customers can be annoying, but taking it out on others is unacceptable. The kiosk machine hasn't printed a receipt in at least six months. So, when I place walk-in orders, I prefer using a cashier because I know I will need my receipt as proof for ordered and paid items, as there is a tendency for my orders to be wrong or missing items. It's unfortunate, but it has become necessary. Please, get your receipts in order!!!!! However, staff gets frustrated, angry, or even dismissive. I've had employees tell me that I must use the kiosk, refusing to take orders at the register (as if it's mandatory). Also, I've experienced staffers calling out orders like "large coke and nuggets," but they only give me a bag with nuggets, without the large drink. How do you forget the drink when you call it out multiple times?? On another occasion, I ordered a number one and received five BBQ packets meant for nuggets instead of ketchup. At this point, it seems like they are purposely messing with customers and orders. If you plan to use the drive-thru at night on weekends, be aware that the staff members sometimes turn off the drive-thru and front lights to give the impression that they are closed and avoid taking orders. I have personally witnessed this on multiple occasions on Fridays and Saturdays around 8:45 - 9:30 PM. Although the location is open, the outside drive-thru and McDonald's street lights are turned off. During my last visit, I encountered an extremely slippery floor. Even though they had placed a caution sign, one young employee slipped upon entering, yet no attempts were made by the staff to address the issue and make it safer. Furthermore, on my most recent visit, while waiting for my order, I noticed the bugs in the bucket next to the kiosks. Please see the attached photos. Food: It's McDonald's, and the food is essentially the same regardless of the location, but after encountering water bugs or critters... I'm done. (Please see the attached photos.) There are numerous other businesses within a short drive or walk that do not hold resentment toward their customers and actually maintain cleanliness.

The worst restaurant in the all entire area . This worker cursed at my Mother because I simply asked her if the order was ready or not ! Unbelievably mean and no class at all !

I ordered a very simple plain double cheeseburger but I ended up getting the whole menu between two pieces of Luke warm bread.

If I could rate u a no star I truly would. I remember when I was just a wee little lad and I would go down to this McDonald's after a nice swim and get a cheeseburger. But, not what I wanted, I got an abomination. It was terrible. And all these years later this very McDonald's stabs me in the back on this fine rainy night. I will never, and I mean never, attend this McDonald's. Fuck ketchup

What I call an UnHappy Meal, because there weren't any nuggets.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The staff is so rude. It doesn't look clean and it looks unorganized.

The yogurt is also great, super dense and very flavorful. All the fruits they serve here are fresh and juicy, and their yogurt bowls would be perfect for a warm day. I'm excited to try their other bowls as well (i.e. acai, etc). Amazing spot and a great addition to Ardmore!

We were immediately greeted with free samples: small cups of their signature yogurt creations and some candied fruit lollipops. We were searching for a dessert place, so would this 'cold-strained' yogurt satisfy our craving? The jury is still out. I'd use it more as a meal replacement (more like Playa Bowls type) than a dessert. If you're looking for cold like ice cream or frozen yogurt, Chums isn't quite up to that task. But as far as the yogurt itself, I really enjoyed it. It was flavorful and very dense. The cold-straining process created that denseness, which to me is better than the texture of regular yogurt. You can customize your toppings to make for a very satisfying treat. The base price for a yogurt bowl is a little pricey ($13 for our customized bowl), but it was enough for a family of four to share after a meal; and no one cried for more 'dessert'. Cute store. Kids will love it.

Each visit is a discovery of new deliciousness and temptations for the tastebuds. Last time I went with a decaf affogato with vanilla softserve, the classic. SO GOOD! 5*/5. I've been dreaming about getting it again so finally went today. and was immediately distracted by their extensive hot chocolate and drinking chocolate menu which now I need to go back and try. While I thought I'd go for the classic decaf affogato, I was enticed by the espresso X version which includes a warm chocolate chip brownie, hot fudge, rice krispie sprinkles, and the decaf espresso (at my request), vanilla and chocolate twist (other options just vanilla or just chocolate) - for the same price as the classic. How could I resist? Amazing - 5*/5 I have yet to try something at Lu & Aug's that isn't outstanding.
