Bad experience. Their app was down. The woman was clearly having trouble communicating with me and the person in the other drive through lane. She would put me on hold, without saying anything then come back like "Are you ready to order" when I had just ordered and gave her the code but she didn't hear me - but I didn't know she didn't hear me because she didn't say a simple "hold on a sec." When I gave her a code she goes "What else?" - excuse me but I didn't order anything I just have you a code. Let me customize the items from that code please. Ugh. Just a bad ordering experience. Parking lot was clean. Food was prepared incorrectly & was barely hot. Luckily I checked the burgers before I drove off. Then they ran out of bacon and said do I want to wait 3 minutes...no, I don't. So now I feel like I overpaid because one burger has no bacon but they didn't refund the difference or include another item or something as a courtesy. And that's probably why they tried to slip in a burger that they put sauce on rather than having me wait. Overall, annoying. I will say - The lady seemed genuinely friendly and smiled - she was also very young, this might be her first job. I literally added a star because she was nice. read more

Just went through the drive through and the dude running the window was talking so fast that you couldn't understand him and we had to ask for him to clarify what he was saying several times. We realized he was saying we are only accepting cash. So we went to the atm close by and came back. We ordered a double cheeseburger, 20 nuggies, large fry, Diet Coke, and coke. We payed 18 something for our food. We weren't given a receipt so we didn't understand why it was obviously too much. They are probably pocketing extra money. The guy read back our order and chunked the food at us, and when we said we had ordered another soft drink he said "that's why I read back your order" as if it was our fault he had messed up. So we received awful service, had to twist his arm to give us what we actually ordered, and left the establishment thinking the guy is overcharging and pocketing money. I think we might start fucking with the Texas OGs again over at whataburger cause all y'all got on them at this point is fries but fuck the fries if we're being treated like shit and our money stolen. read more

It was about 1:20 when we pulled up to the drive through. We could barley understand the lady working window through the speaker. I ordered a two burger meal that came with fries and a large Dr Pepper. Not sure how many people were working but we waited 25 mins in drive through. I ended up getting old barely warm low salted fries. They tasted like they were hours old. The burger was a little warm but also definitely tasted old. Finally the Dr Pepper I got tasted like there was barely any syrup in the machine it's carbonated water with a tiny faint taste of dr pepper. I drove from the one on Jupiter to 161 because I was told this one was open and could take my order when I got here I was told the same thing I was told at the first one (the system is down) I don't know why they advertise 24 hours when they shut down for 2 hours every night and the 2 hours that they are down are when you pay the Uber to drive you from the bar to a restaurant because you don't want to get a dui I don't know who is setting the schedule to reboot the system but they need to have a set schedule and make sure they let google or yelp know when all the restaurants are closed whataburger might take a little longer to get your food but this is why that can charge more and no one gets mad because they don't have scheduling issues or ice cream issues get it together read more

There is always something wrong with this one. I was asked to pull forward to the drive thru. Ok the spots are taken by a box truck. Well then just pull forward to the red lines. No explanation no nothing. I pull forward. It takes five minutes before anyone shows up behind me. I am still waiting on my food. I don't know what is taking so long. It's insane to me. Why have someone pull forward if there is no one in line? And at least tell me what might be taking so long. Instead I am waiting in line as I write this review wondering why a happy meal and a double cheeseburger takes over 10 minutes. Portion sizes aren't the same as other locations - got a buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich that usually has a very thick chicken breast patty but the patty you get here is smaller than the mcchicken patty so an almost $6 sandwich is 90% bread. Also the food at this location often has a used oil / especially greasy taste so avoid getting any fried items. read more

Worst McDonald's in the entire world. They are reliable...meaning you can always rely on them to forget most of your order or just mess it up completely. I have never gotten my order correct here even once. A few examples : 1:) Ordered 5 STEAK egg and cheese bagels for my self and co-workers. I am asked to pull forward....I wait for them 10 minutes and go back to work. Open bag...5 BACON bagels...leave work go back, they take the bag and ask me to pull forward and wait again...10 minutes....guy runs out with bag and runs back in. I open bag...5 BACON bagels still.....ummm...seriously? At this point I am livid and decide to go in....the barely English speaking staff doesn't understand why I am mad. AND by this point they had no breakfast food to replace it with as they were now serving lunch. 2:) Ordered 4 drinks only. They were all coke. I got 3 diet cokes.... 3:) Go through drive through, girl hands me overflowing soda. I ask for napkin, she looks annoyed and hands it to me as the coke cup explodes. Nice. Then again is annoyed when I ask for another. 4:) Yesterday. Drive through with a friend. Ordered a smoothy, 2 mcdoubles, 1 Lg coke, and a chicken nugget meal with lg. coke. Look at the screen and it is correct. Get to window, she hands me two drinks. (Same girl that gave me drink in example 3) I say I am supposed to have 2 cokes and a smoothy. Her response "We didn't charge you for it so it's ok) Uhhhh, ok......Then looks at me for a sec before obviously annoyed asks if I want the soda. I say yes, that is why I ordered it....she says "well, you have to pay for it" which would be fine except for her attitude.....I pay and get my soda....drive off pissed. NEVER AGAIN. I am done. Not the best McDonald's I've been to. The drive thru seems to go over better than indoors. Every time I go to dine-in, the staff seems unpleasant and they seem bothered by simple requests- like getting ANY sauce with the chicken nuggets, asking questions about food, etc. The play area is nice and big though. This location was dirty and seemed poorly maintained. None of the tables or chairs were wiped down and there was trash on several of the tables. Got a quarter pounder with cheese and French fries and the fries were undercooked and tasted like they had been sitting around for hours. Definitely not a great experience and while I already have a pretty low standard for a McDonald's, this location didn't even meet that. read more

I took my son and his friends here last Saturday night at 11:30. We walked in since there was 6 of us. When we started to order the cashier told us the service was down. All orders were hand written and I had to pay in cash. The cashier was very apologetic and helpful. We were shy a few order items, when I went up to the counter the cashier was wonderful. He rushed our items through and again was apologetic for the short order. We stays in the dining area and they guys were rowdy, no one shut them down, except me, and the employees were very friendly. All the guys were fed, full and quiet the rest of the night. I go to this McDonald's a few times a month and have always had good service. Pulled up to a completely empty drive through right before work, and waited at the box to order my food. After 2 minutes of SILENCE I say "hello" and get a sharp "gimme a minute" in response. After another 3 minutes of COMPLETE SILENCE, I hear a "what would you like?" I order a very simple order and pull up to the window. I sit there for another 5 minute with nobody saying anything or taking my card, before I just drive off out of frustration and because I had to be at work in 2 minutes. I went around to the drive thru to ask to pick up my mobile order. I was interrupted and was told to go inside because it was an Uber pickup? I didn't question it and went inside the cashier asked for the number and said how did you order it and I let her know it was an order placed on the McDonald's app. The cashier went to get her manager the manager looked at the number and said it wasn't that one. I was standing in front of cash register and the manager was no longer acknowledging me. Ignored me. Didn't help me. And said next customer as I was still standing there. I waited 5 minutes in the drive-threw. I heard the lady in front of me order a salad and a chocolate shake. When it was my turn to place my order(I was sooooo thirsty. Only wanted a soda. Fastest most on point drive thru I've ever been in. Four cars ahead of me they took all cars orders including mine no time to waste, sent us to the first window then boom handed the card back and before I even got to the second window, she was already holding my food bag. My favorite McDonalds location in this area. There's a playhouse and the restaurant is pretty big. The bathrooms are clean and the staff is consistent with orders. The fries tasted like typical McDonald fries. Nothing special about this particular location, but it's better than a lot of McDonalds. Staff is friendly and atmosphere is great. read more

Stopped for breakfast on 12/2/20 around 5am. Was appalled to find in the middle of a pandemic that two of the order takers did not wear face masks. Seriously considered leaving without taking the food or paying. I was hungry though so I paid and took the food and the sausage burritos were dry with little to no cheese in them and the mocha I ordered had old/burned coffee in it. So I drive about 15min and arrive at the store at 11:22pm. I pull up and they advise me that they are not taking credit cards, the systemn is closing. No big issue right. Except the times they do this "system close" is random times. It has happen to me before at 2am when going to work. Once at 4am when on lunch. I've worked overnight for mcdonalds as well and the system reboot will take no more than 1hr. Thats with a slow manager too. 11:22pm is way too early to run a system close. Bad service at its best. WARNING: They charge you more than the menu prices. This has always been a really nice McD with hardwood floors, flat screen tvs, & nice lighting (O'Reilly's McD are always ahead of most other McDonalds on this sort of thing,) but they're really irritating me with incorrect charges the last few months. They changed their prices in the computer system but not on the menu, so when you drive through (for example) the menu says 1 pie is $0.69 or 2 pies are $1.18 but they charge you $1.49 for 2 pies. Tonight this happened, so I went back through the drive-thru to make sure that I hadn't misread the menu. When I got to the window and explained that they'd overcharged me, they said, "It's $0.75 per pie." I replied, "That's not what the menu says." "That's how much it costs though," she said. "No it doesn't. The menu says 2 pies are $1.18." "Well I'll have to go check that." "Ok, fine. I'll park and let's go check it." Then I guess she decides that she doesn't want to walk outside, so she offers to give me the difference. I said, "No. You should have charged me right the first time. At Kroger, if they mischarge you they give you the item free." She replies, "It's $0.75 per pie." "That's not what the menu says. I'd like my money back." "We changed the prices." "Well then you should have changed the menu. It's not my fault that the menu is wrong." Eventually she gave me some free fries, but it ticks me off. No telling how many times I've driven through there and ordered a bunch of things and didn't catch the mistake. read more

We prefer this McDonald's location to other McDonald's locations. The manager who is here on most afternoons, after school, is very much the captain of his ship. The staff is cordial, eager to wait on the customers, and the food is always fresh and ready quite quickly. Today, my son had an accident with his beverage. Within seconds, a member of the staff politely came over to us and mopped the floor clean. The play area is always clean and well-maintained.
