He could have pushed me into a case, while I was vulnerable, or just decided to make money off me, but didn't. He was really interested in giving me the best advice possible and told me what steps I should take and when I would need to procure a lawyer. My accident happened in April, and here we are in October, six months later, with very little communication or clarity regarding my case. During this time, I have been assigned three different case managers and two different attorneys. The constant turnover alone has been frustrating, but what makes it worse is the complete lack of follow-through and communication. I have repeatedly been told that my attorney would contact me, yet I am still waiting for a phone call. I should not have to continuously reach out just to receive basic updates about my own case. On top of everything, I have suffered significant financial losses due to property damage from this accident, and I still have questions about my legal options that have gone unanswered. I understand that legal cases take time, but there is absolutely no excuse for leaving clients in the dark for months.
