He is very very knowledgeable and was able to fully answer any and all questions we had. Most recently we contacted him to make a change to a current policy. He took care of that for us so we had minimal effort on our part. While making that change he did notice an issue we had with another policy, an error on our end nothing to do with his portion, and he went above and beyond to help us correct the problem and make sure our family was fully covered.
