It was just Mother Nature reminding me who's really in charge. Like most people, I wasn't exactly excited about taking my trailer to a dealership for repairs. We've all heard the stories. But Utility Trailer Sales Southeast Texas completely changed that experience. My service advisor, Brandon Garcia, was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, honest, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. No surprises, no runaround, just excellent customer service and quality workmanship. When I got my trailer back, it looked exactly the way it should have, like the tree never declared war on it in the first place. Mak Djahanshashi the branch manager at the Fontana location is a crook who falsified financial…read moredocuments to get a sale. Our deal was btw both the Fontana location and the Houston location where the truck was to be picked up. Mak, purposely falsely represented to Dakota Financial that we had secured insurance for the vehicle we were attempting to purchase, however we were unable to obtain insurance and he knew this. He bought a basic policy and submitted to Dakota Financing unbeknownst to us a policy that literally was good for only 30 days and only allowed you to drive it off the lot just so he could close the deal. We told him we were not moving forward as insurance couldn't be secured that was affordable and that would cover us long term. The finance company has been made aware of the fraudulent activity authorized by Mak and they immediately requested and have since received their funds back. Mak is refusing to refund $10K downpayment despite the agreement not being cancelled per their contract "b/c we decided to not move forward or found a better deal"; this was a deal that collapsed b/c we could not secure insurance to fulfill the terms of the finance company. We have made several attempts to recoup our money and the folks at the store are giving us the run around and ignore calls. When told that we are seeking legal representation and that the company will incur legal costs Mak texted and told us to call customer service for refund. To-date it's been a 2mos with no resolve. Mak ignored calls and the customer service manager Meagan, who he told us to call, has not resolved the matter after several attempts. She stated that she can't assist any further and apologized as she couldn't get any of the higher ups to take the call, that being Nazar Zadran who refuses to resolve the matter. It is my understanding that Diamond has changed the name of a few of its locations as Mak's location has been known to conduct shady business such as this. This is the 2nd review I am leaving and will be sure to post this on other platforms should this be ignored as well. Nazar the regional manager is just as guilty of the shady practices, to think they can keep 10K is absurd. Juan Navar a branch manager agreed and knew what Mak had done was shady and attempted to assist, just as Megan did but it was obvious that Nazar made it clear he was not refunding the money and that they were to no longer talk to us. Nazar and Mak are the bigger issues here. The contract they have in place goes against the Unfair Trade Practices Act/Consumer Protection Act/Deceptive Trade Practices Act. These people are crooks I would advise anyone not to do business with them and to read their reviews at all locations of similar occurrences. We will be getting an attorney.

They sell ryder rental semi trucks which are very defective. We purchased 3 trucks from them in March 2020, and so far have spent over $5000 on each unit on multiple repairs. They claim if something goes wrong they will make things right , but we called Shawn regarding one of these trucks having the fuel exhaust system shut down completely which is going to cost us around $6000 to fix with only 1000 miles of use by us, he never called back. We requested to speak to the owner and he refused to put us through and a month later still hasn't called back. It is obvious these are lemon worthless vehicles, Needless to say the one truck is now sitting because we do not have $6000 to put into it after we already spend $3000 on that same truck just to get it road ready. This has been a horrible experience. On our next purchase we are buying from bigger and better establishments which can back their word and the quality of their equipment. As far as customer service goes, it seems great when you are a customer spending money there but after calling requesting to speak to the owner you see a very different side of them. This is not meant to retaliate but to provide other first time buyers with awareness of our experience and not get stuck with low quality equipment who gets stranded on the road with a load and who gives out after 1000 miles of use. Shawn promised us they were road ready and we trusted in these guys. Our truck was on the way to deliver a load to a Ford plant and because of this exhaust fuel system shut down the truck stalled and it literally caused a plant shutdown for the day since the load did not make it on time not to mention our truck had to be hauled back which was costly. Sure they could hire another person to answer phones because they are so busy but overall I will definitely consider buying another truck from them after my current one is paid off. The main reason for my opinion is their service after the sale. Even though I had driven the truck off the lot Chet acknowledged that the clutch had not been fixed as he promised and had me bring it back in so they could. I'm only posting four stars because the product that I bought in my opinion had inferior tires. The…read moreoverall trailer that I purchased is very good quality and I have had no trouble. I thought the guide rails on the trailer were a little flimsy since I've had to replace them. The staff was very responsive, and when I called back to get some replacement parts and a new rim for my trailer, they were quick to help and got me in and out in a hurry.
