Fire and ice designed a stunning unique bouquet. The prices were very reasonable. Sherry went out of her way during covid and a holiday weekend for my son and daughter - in - law. Five star service! Gorgeous, elegant floral arrangements for their wedding. My daughter - in - law and her mom found the flower shop easy to find. We certainly got our moneys worth. After one day the hydrangeas were all dead, everything else was wilted and the large expensive arrangement looked pathetic. This is not the first time this has happened - but numerous times. I do not have the heart to tell the sender knowing how much they must have paid for such an elaborate arrangement. If you can order from ANY other local florist do so. After posting this review I was directly contacted by Brian McCarthy, owner of McCarthy Florist. We spoke at length about the condition of the arrangement I received as well as some of the difficulties faced by florists regarding their ability to obtain high quality flowers, particularly hydrangeas. This is something he is seeking to address and correct. Brian not only offered to compensate me for the unfortunate situation by sending a new arrangement but intends to provide other means of compensation as well. Later that day I received a spectacular floral arrangement, far more elaborate than the first. McCarthy Florist began as a local shop that has grown into a multi-generation, multi-state company. It would seem that they are working very diligently to provide some of the best floral arrangements possible. Next time you are planning to send flowers, make McCarthy Florist your "GO-TO".

I struggled to put in an order on their website, but I gave them a call, and handled it all over the phone. They took my credit card information and the message that I wanted to send, and told me that it would be delivered before Mother's Day, as they didn't work on that day because they're all moms. No problem - love that for them. The large bouquet was $75 before tax, and I told her what colors I wanted for it, and I explained that last time I brought my mom flowers. It was in glass vase and I would prefer something more durable in case she drops it, as her hands are shaky at times. The woman in the phone reassured me that they would take care of it and it's something normal that they do. Let me tell you, they did everything that they said they would. I can't seem to find the picture to post here, which was gorgeous, but the flowers lasted over two weeks and my mother was extremely pleased by them. She kept telling me how everyone was complementing her flowers as others had died. For what I got, I would say that the value of spend was extremely good.
