(All of which wanted to charge me to even set up a consult.) I came across Murphy and Dunn. They were very attentive and set me up with a call back from a lawyer, Ben Mills. Ben called me back within a couple of hours. He had a consult with me free if charge. Ben was very kind, patient and understanding. He made sure to address all of my concerns before hiring him and his team on to take my case. Ben and his team Dina and Dawn did a wonderful job! They all understood that I had never been through this process before and knew that I was worried about how it was going to go and about the cost. They were more than happy to explain things to me in a way that I was able to understand. They also worked with me on making payments as well. There were a few times when it did take a day or two for them to call me back. Instead of getting up set or frustrated I just tried to see from their point of view that I was not their only case that they had to tend to and that I needed to be patient. If I ever have to go through this process again (In which I hope to never do because who wants to get a divorce more than once) I will choose Murphy and Dunn again and request Ben and his team!

Are you a business owner who has been using it as your personal piggy bank? Is your business a…read moreshell of what it used to be? Want to cash out at a price that is twice what your business is worth anyway? Then let Davis and Campbell create an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) for you! Walk away laughing with rolls of cash falling out of your pockets while your chump employees are left with a pie-in-the-sky promise that will never come true. Who cares if the people that worked hard to make you rich get screwed? YOU need a lavish retirement you didn't earn (or to pay off your trophy wife in a divorce settlement), don't you? Davis and Campbell has everything you need to assure that you can get a price for your business twice of what you could scam a private buyer into paying. They have the "independent fiduciaries" who will rubber-stamp that inflated price. They may commit suicide later when their unethical behavior is exposed, but that isn't YOUR problem, is it? Davis and Campbell can also give you the advise you need to bully and destroy any employee who catches onto your multiple ERISA violations, including how to deny requested documentation, how to gaslight effectively, and how to justify "outsourcing" their job as a retaliation. They are just the heartless bastards needed for the job. Oh...they may lose or be forced to settle SOME cases... http://taxlaw.sprouselaw.com/2009/08/articles/new-entity-developments/ninth-circuit-rules-that-esop-trustees-payment-of-excessive-executive-compensation-could-be-breach-of-fiduciary-duty/ http://law.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/illinois/ilcdce/1:2012cv01091/54637/52/ ...but the chances of that happening are slim, aren't they? Most people are sheep, and if you are interested in this swindle, your employees have probably already been made neurotic messes due to your poor management and abusive behavior. Call Davis and Campbell today for more information. You won't regret it....probably because you lack the ability of empathy anyhow. In all seriousness, however, if you are an employee of a company with an ESOP created by Davis and Campbell, you are probably being scammed bigtime. I recommend contacting Gary Greenwald at the lawfirm Keller Rohrback L.L.P. immediately, as he has experience defeating these sharks in the two lawsuits linked to above. Don't ask for the paperwork you are entitled to from your employer, as that will just tip them off. Go directly to Gary. He'll direct you on acquiring all the evidence you and he will need to strike back against your predatory employer who probably fits the satirical content above.

There were many instances when I called the office and was told he was not in and that they would leave a message for him to get back to me and he did not. He prides himself in giving out his mobile phone number to his clients, but getting ahold of him was not much better than calling his office. His voicemail (both for the office and his mobile phone) were almost always full. I sometimes went months without hearing back from him even when I was told I would hear from him within the week. I practically had to hound and beg him and the office anytime I needed to communicate anything relating to my case. The only real time I was able to communicate with him was after complaining about the lack of communication between us. Communication was better for a fewweeks, but then the problems continued soon after. Additionally, I had several medical bills that went to collections and are now hurting my credit because he and his office overlooked them when going over my case, even though I had supplied his office with every medical bill I had received. When I conformed him about my concerns he became upset and accused me of misrepresenting him. He got my money though, so I suppose that's all that truly mattered to him. I would not use him again and would never recommend him.
