This is some sort of cottage industry producer of artisan crafted stuff like you'd see on the menu at Husk in Charleston, SC, infused oils and vinegars, hand-crafted sauces, jams and jellies, smoked spices and all other sort of goodies. I have tried their jams (Peach Brandy Jam, I used to top baked Mission Figs), their Espresso Infused Balsamic which I used to make a reduction sauce for filet mignon, and their watermelon jelly is fine, too. They have a Tomato Basil Sauce that I have but have not tried yet and will let you know how it goes. Folks, it's hard to find the weird stuff some of us foodies like to cook with but this Mullen Farms lady has it going on if you want something out of the box. Highly recommend. I went this past week because I was looking for 2 specific items that I wasn't able to find at 2 other large Asian markets. Someone had suggested this Market because of the extensive ethnic choices. It has Asian (Korean, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Filipino), European, South American, Hispanic and American items. There are sections that have premade Asian meals, fresh seafood, extensive fruits and vegetables, frozen foods, pantry staples, bakery items, almost anything you might want. It's a large market and you could spend hours going up and down the aisles exploring. I was surprised to find they even had a favorite pop that I only thought I could get in Michigan. Now I know that I can go here and get it, without having to have it ordered online. It can get busy on the weekends when everyone is doing their weekly shopping, but I went later in the day and was able to find parking and not bump into people or long lines.

You have to get one of the big shopping carts out the parking lot yourself. The produce section is huge and loaded with the freshest produce. The prices look bigger than Kroger put on the same level as Publix. This place is essentially an international market mixed with a farmer's market .The seafood section is humongous. I did not look at their meat and seafood options, but I thought their selection for everything else was decent. I did notice there are a lot of Vietnamese items in the store, but I found things I needed to restock here. They have a small frozen section and grabbed a few items to try at home. Check out was pretty fast and even though the person at the register was not chatty, nor looked like he wanted to be there, I had a pleasant experience and would come back here.
