Will helps us out in a pinch once again!…read more Coming off of a difficult week with one of our kids being in the hospital, we discovered our basement a/c no longer worked. We called Will, and he made time to come out the next evening. He was able to easily diagnose the problem as a blown capacitor and fixed it at a very reasonable price. We were up and running with a working a/c that same night! Will also remembered some of our other ongoing needs, with another aging a/c on our house and issues with our duplex rental. He is so knowledgeable and truthful when he talks to us about options. Having used his services many times, we trust him when he says if something is an easy fix or needing something more expensive. He is the service pro everyone should have saved in their phone. So lucky to have found him!

From the very beginning, he took the time to listen, answer my questions thoroughly, and explain things that no other company took the time to explain. Last summer, I was told I needed to replace my HVAC system before this summer because it uses R-22. Naturally, that was stressful and felt like a huge unexpected expense. When Will came out, he carefully inspected the system and then walked me through the facts. He explained that as long as the unit is working properly, there's no need to replace it just because it uses R-22. He also clarified that refrigerant doesn't need to be added unless there's a leak (contrary to what I had previously been told about it needing regular refills). At no point did he try to upsell me or pressure me into replacing something that still works. Instead, he focused on what was actually necessary and in my best interest. That level of integrity is rare and incredibly appreciated. It's clear he genuinely cares about his customers and values doing the right thing over making a quick sale. I truly can't recommend him highly enough and will absolutely continue to use and refer him in the future.

When LG&E tech came by 2nd time, even after repairs, a whole new gas pipe with multiple connectors changed, there was STILL a gas leak. In all ~4 gas leaks identified. YIKES! We hadn't noticed a smell or anything! Very grateful for the safety pickup from a "routine" but very value and safety-added HVAC service w/ duct cleaning. Thank you for keeping my family safer! Appreciative of all your help!

I cant believe what I went though with Dr.P. Tried to sell me a new unit. Do NOT recommend. Be weary, if you communicate any dissatisfaction, the team (husband/wife) tag team and scream. The husband was in the background literally yelling. I had to ask her to stop emailing me, in which she continued. I threatened to call the county attorney if she didn't stop. Not only did she NOT stop she had an officer call me to get my side of the story. He then called her to ask her to stop calling me. She is very dishonest. I do not post negative comments unless I feel the public needs to know. No business should ever scream and tag team a customer over nothing. It is on record however. I will NEVER use them again as well as 5 other people I have found in Oldham that feel the same. A good friend had a similar experience with them both. They are fake, not genuine people, it was their unprofessionalism that shocked me. Again, they will respond to this because they are terrified of a bad review, but I must tell others about my experience And share the truth! They have now updated their response FOUR times and is adding personal information about me on here that will likely result in a lawsuit as some should be very confidential. I will now be calling the BBB on Monday and my attorney in LaGrange to consult about what they have added on here.

I was looking for a second opinion on a furnace replacement and air conditioner replacement, and…read moreI'm certainly happy I chose Donnie Rowe. I knew I needed a new air conditioning unit, as it has been working poorly and leaking for years, and I was told by another HVAC company in the fall that my furnace was dangerously in need to replacing. Wyatt came out and looked over everything. I gave him every opportunity to take advantage of the situation. I was prepared to replace a furnace and two air conditioning units if need be. In the end, Wyatt recommended replacing one air conditioning unit and told me the furnace was safe and not in need to replacing. He recommended I upgrade from a 2 ton unit to a 2.5 ton unit. Aaron came out to replace the air conditioner a few days later. He did a great job and left minimal debris to clean up. The new system cools my upstairs better than I had even hoped for. Value? I really don't know. Everything seems so high now. But I would say that Wyatt could have socked me with a furnace a two air conditioners, so the value I'd say is with the honest evaluation and recommendations you get. I wanted to work with simply an HVAC company, not one of these do it all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses they all seem to be moving to. I like people who focus and specialize. I strongly recommend the business and will be working with them in the future.
