This time I thought I am going to get a local company as opposed to a franchise company. Casey sent Mathias out on the job the same day. I was impressed with Mathias's knowledge and him explaining how they work and how the drain system works, he went beyond just clearing the drain. "All American Drainage" is the only company we will use in the future and one that i would recommend. A five star company with five star people. Frank k

I'd written a review about a toilet replacement on April 10th of 2026, for a replacement that was…read moredone a few days previous. They were pretty good, except an error in the toilet installed (wrong bowl type) was made, and they promised to replace it "as soon as their supplier restocked". It's now May 15th, more than a month later, and not a peep from them. Since they said that I'd gotten 'the most popular model', restocking shouldn't be any issue. After a time, they were good to their word; changed out the "wrong" toilet for the perfect model that fit my needs. The installer was fast, polite and friendly, and they waived the second installation fee, charging only the difference in cost between the two. (The new toilet is far surperior to what I'd had replaced, as well!)

Schaal Plumbing, Heating & Cooling replaced our central air conditioning and furnace in our home…read more Schaal were great to work with the entire time as they made the complete project uneventful and painless. Starting with Sam Zeibol who came to our home and diagnosed and explained the reasons we were having the issues we were. Pricing was very reasonable and Sam gave us several options to choose from based on cost and efficiency. He also explained the tax credits and package discounts that were available at the time. The installation professionals from Schaal were efficient, clean and very friendly. They worked their tail off and was very respectful of there surroundings. These young men earn everything they are being paid and left a lasting impression. Overall, we had a first class experience during a very stressful and trying time. We would recommend Schaal with no hesitation.

2 years ago in the winter, I awoke to a cold house. I was new to the city, so I called around…read more Colony was the first available. The technician was efficient and the price reasonable. However, due to it being a Saturday, I was charged a $250 weekend service charge. The problem was that drifting snow had blocked the outflow pipe. While the technician was at my home, he received a call from my neighbor experiencing exactly the same thing. The technician advised him to clear his exhaust pipe. No charge. I did not object to the technician's service fee, but felt the weekend fee excessive, especially since my neighbor was treated fairly at NO CHARGE. Colony profited unreasonably and lost my business because of it. Dr. Sisson

When the faucet died, I naturally asked them to find and replace the faucet. Here's what I learned: 1 - do not rely on the information provided by whoever answers the phone. They are just a receptionist with zero knowledge about what is possible or practical. 2 - do not work directly with the servicing technician on parts. they don't know how to work with the "front office" to make sure the correct part is ordered...and they don't provide any updates on status of orders. (not my job, was the essence of the explanation) They might be good at cleaning out clogged drains, but I wouldn't trust them to do that right either. Use them at your peril. You've been warned.

I have to take a moment to say how extremely happy I am with Tomlinson-Cannon…read more I have been dealing with a water in my finished basement since I had purchased my home about 10 years ago. Typically it wasn't an issues, unless we had a wet spring, or a week of rain. This happens fairly regularly for us that live in Iowa. I thought I had two cracks in my foundation, turned out I had 6 Cracks. Eric and his team came out, found all the issues and promptly fixed them the next business day. I did run a water test and found one place that wasn't quite sealed. Eric had another professional out 2 days after the test, and promptly fixed it. I can't tell you how much of a relief after 10 years to finally have this off my shoulders. I would recommend Tomlinson-Cannon to everyone.
