So why not give those accountants looking for their next something to do? Rawson Verco are efficient, easy to use and helpful (when asked). I send off my tax receipts with a simple form that has been tick boxed and signed and poof I get some money sent to me by the government a few months later. If only making more money were that easy! I recently sought some tax advice from these guys though and wasn't amazed by their knowledge in what I could and couldn't claim on the spot but I was assured I would be notified of any answers that I wasn't given. I was also really appreciative of the friendliness and helpfulness of service. In the middle of a tax conversation their Financial Planner came down for free and gave me some additional home owners advice. Overall these guys have been my accountants for 3 years and I have always been happy with their service.
